I took my time researching and when this went on sale i ordered it. I got the wrong model and had to return it. Finally got the right 1. It had a virus I had to pay 39.99 to remove through GS. Then found out it had no windows operating system. So upset

I recently just had my old laptop kick the bucket on me and was in a frenzy to get a new one, as I do a lot of work on it as well as use it for recreation, but was so worried that I was gonna be forking over $400+ on a decent brand new laptop, until I found this refurbished beauty! I was skeptical at first for it being refurbished but so far it has blown my previous laptop out of the water in all areas, even being 2x as durable as the last one. I couldn't be happier that I trusted Best Buy and its Geek Squad to provide me with a great "new" laptop, even being able to ship it for free with no issues!

Excellent new refurbished product for $350 , albeit small display; however, it took forever installing updates, including HP Bios update before I disabled WIN10 upxpect updates. If you need to be up quickly withou hassle, then pay full price. I might even consider HP Elitebook refurbished at a lower price, in the range of $250.

Great laptop. Arrived with a dead power supply. Had to drive 50 miles to the nearest BB to get a replacement as online would not replace it. Would have given 5 stars if BB online would have done the right thing and shipped me a replacement since this was an online order.

Purchased on 3/17 but did not get a chance to open it until 4/6. Upon turning on, the laptop came with a virus that even Norton could not remove. I called customer service for a replacement or refund and was told that that my 15 day refund period had expired and I could no longer return the unit. I asked why and they would not work with me and was told that it was policy. The laptop does not bother me so much but the lack of customer service is what bothers me. I will re-think spending money with Best Buy in the future.

The refurb unit I got have dings and dents but still work nonetheless, specs were accurate. ——— but if you are able to get this, save another $100 to get a better model instead

The laptop work great. Reboot and response is good. The picture quality is good. Have no problems with the computer. HP is a trustful name brand and the refurbish laptop works as good as any cheaper models.

The computer was set up improperly. It was identifying all software as a potential virus, including Microsoft Office (also purchased from Best Buy). It was not set up in S mode as several employees suggested, there was a different issue and Best Buy told me I could pay $100 more dollars to have them run a full diagnostic on the computer they JUST sold me days prior. I promptly returned the item. I don’t want to shop at Amazon, but you forced my hand Best Buy.

Purchased this laptop refurbished. Didn't have the advertised amount of HDD or Ram memory. Most of all disappointing that it came with a Ryzen 5 instead of 7! Support is abysmal from chat support, phone, and in-store. I expected way better from Best Buy.

Dont buy a computer from bestbuy. Where to begin. In less then 30 days computer ac adapter overheated and failed. Called for warranty help and found out bestbuy sold me a 18 month factory warranty that doesnt exist. So they said they might be able to exchange it one time exemption. So they took my money and are not honoring what they sold me.
