The windows 11 setup was done well and the 32gb of ram was a nice bonus also. Had this laptop since Feb 8th, 2025 and absolutely no problems.

Set up was very simple and the computer exceeded my expectations for a refurbished item. No physical damage was noted and it performs like new.

Answer to Remote Work Needs

The setup was seamless, and thanks to Noemy at Joy Systems, who provided clear, concise instructions, I was up and running in no time. I wished the laptop stayed charged for longer, but I can live with being connected to a power source.
