The laptop arrived and functions exactly as described without issue. there are some very small cosmetic scratches and one indent on the front bezel but otherwise its in great condition. it came packaged in clean, protective plastic wrapping with a screen scuff protector which for a refurbished product is pretty nice. Diagnostics show all the specs are accurate

Bought this computer for my wife, it was well packaged and came with the correct power supply. Set up was very simple and the computer exceeded my expectations for a refurbished item. No physical damage was noted and it performs like new.

Bought this one as a replacement for my daughter’s old laptop. Fantastic machine. It was delivered fully loaded and ready to go after the initial personal settings. Runs smooth. Moved around applications without issues. Good on the wifi side of things as well. Walked all over the house and maintained great connectivity. Get ready to enjoy your music if you have a good pair of headphones. Sound is great! Highly recomend this laptop.

You wouldnt be able to tell its refurbished. Everything works perfectly smoothly and feels brand new. Battery life could be a bit better, but it charges fast so it makes up for it.

The laptop functions as expected - great! Unfortunately they sent a defective charging cable with it that I had to exchange in-store.
