    The laptop arrived and functions exactly as described without issue. there are some very small cosmetic scratches and one indent on the front bezel but otherwise its in great condition. it came packaged in clean, protective plastic wrapping with a screen scuff protector which for a refurbished product is pretty nice. Diagnostics show all the specs are accurate

    Purchased this refurb hoping it would be in mint condition and it was. The windows 11 setup was done well and the 32gb of ram was a nice bonus also. Had this laptop since Feb 8th, 2025 and absolutely no problems.

    Bought this computer for my wife, it was well packaged and came with the correct power supply. Set up was very simple and the computer exceeded my expectations for a refurbished item. No physical damage was noted and it performs like new.
