    You wouldnt be able to tell its refurbished. Everything works perfectly smoothly and feels brand new. Battery life could be a bit better, but it charges fast so it makes up for it.

    The product is fine but we have experienced a lot of technical problems with the setup. The computer keeps crashing and the solutions provided by the help desk haven't resolved it.

    received dirty, I had to scrape off scum with my thumbnail on the side of the computer I't turned off on the product and bought the same thing through Amazon "renewed" for $141 less.

    This device keyboard has locked up three times and is no longer eligible for return. It's inly 2 months old. I should have know better. DON"T BUY

    I only got the laptop recently but haven't had any problems so far besides a LED damaged on the screen. It has good specs and is useful for someone who's about to study at college. Its small size makes it easy to transport.

    Solidly built good performance for all my coding projects and streams quite well would definitely recommend for everyday use for college students works great but it did come with some scratches on the keyboard overall really good.

    Computer came in faster than I expected. The laptop setup was super easy, and I am very pleased with its condition and processing speed. However, there is a small issue with the computer's body, one side of the underside of the device is raised a few mm higher than the other side, so the computer doesn't sit flat. I'm not smart enough to know if this will be a long term issue or not, but it is notable.
