    Camera was dysfunctional and the power cord did not work. Otherwise, fine. In store return process also is annoying and takes some time.

    The HP Elitebook is probably one of my favorite laptops. This one is a bit older that my work laptop but perfect for just everyday use. Worked right out of the box. No issues and looks great.

    They sold it to me when it was not even in stock. I had to bother customer support for days until they found one for me. And two and a half weeks later the hard drive broke and i can't even start it up

    Bad experience with refurbished laptop/warranty

    This review is for the refurbished version of this product only. I purchased this refurbished Elitebook in March 2023. Immediately upon purchase the unit would not hold a charge and would shut down sporadically if not plugged in. A few months later the screen began flickering. I sent it in to PlanITROI - the warranty company. Upon receiving it back from the warranty/repair company, I was not able to turn it on even on a charge. When I called to let them know, they said they needed evidence from me and in short, did not lead me to believe it was going to be worth my time to try sending it back in although they said I could. I took it back to Best Buy in Geneva IL and explained. They were very good about this and gave me a full in-store credit refund towards the cost of a new laptop.

    It didn’t get my package and tried to call both Best Buy and the delivery company to see if anything could be done but no and I’m really sad about it
