I ended up returning half of them due to missing/broken parts or being incorrectly advertised. This model i just received only has 8GB of RAM and was advertised as having 16GB. Of the others i ordered, one was missing the battery, 1 had a different CPU than advertised, 1 had a broken trackpad. Several had aftermarket charging cords that didn't work. Best Buy was always good about accepting the returns, but it's a hasslr to constantly have to go to the store to return them. I will end up keeping this one and buying more RAM, only because if I return it and order again it is likely to have some other issue. The price is good if you get what you ordered. But the odds that you get what you ordered seem low.

Refurbished

The other I had to send back due to file sharing not turning on and unable to change any settings. Replacement was filled with viruses and had to pay outside source to wipe clean.
