The refurbished computer works as well if not better than a brand new one. The battery life is sufficient! The picture is bright and vibrant! It is the perfect size to travel with. Thank you

I bought this for my second work from home job. Its healthcare so im constantly having to keep multiple windows open with multiple applications running. This machine handles it all. It runs great and doesnt even get hot running it 24/7 in clamshell mode with it docked using external; two 34” monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam, speakers. The only upgrade i did and would still recommend is buying more RAM. I upgraded it from 16 to 32 before i even started using it and it has run smoothly ever since. Now for the actual laptop. I will say i bought this because of the internals specifically. Having a ryzen 7 will keep it future proof for the next few years. The laptop itself is okay. If you plan to use it as a traveling/on the go then dont expect much. The mouse keys/trackpad and fingerprint scanner kinda suck. So i would recommend using a wireless mouse. Like the logitech m325, its small and will make the experience 100x better. However, the camera/mic and keyboard arent top notch but they definitely will get the job done. The built in screen is a little too small for me but I am a little bias though. My personal laptop is a m1 max 16”. So compared to that it obviously won’t be close. But i think for the current price this thing is a work horse. Especially if you plan to keep it docked in clamshell mode. I dont really recommend using it as a traveling laptop but it will still do the job if you need it to. Its defintely compact enough and light enough to travel with. All in all, i would definitely recommend this laptop to people who work from home or go to school online/from home. It will run all the applications without a single problem.

Received the laptop promptly. As soon as I turned it on, a virus was already popping up on it. I took it to my nearest Best Buy, and they got the virus off pretty quick. took it home that same day and went to plug it in the charger. The charger doesn't work smh.

Its alright, but it crashed and is not really loading as i try to set it up at the create a pin part.

Was hesitant to purchase a Refurbished laptop, but nothing but praise for this machine. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered this weeks ago and Best Buy said it would ship within a week. Then the delivery date passed and they said it would be delayed. Then they said if they couldn’t get the unit by the 25th (so 36 hours from now) they will cancel the order. So why is it for sale for this exact refurb specification if it’s not even available? One more reason I can’t trust Best Buy.
