Worth for the price, No signs on laptop. excellent configuaration

very slow. would never do it again. my office 365 that was purchased would not download. never again

Small, lightweight laptop, good battery, very fast, SSD hard drive and Windows 10 are very responsive. Great laptop for the money!

It was a nice looking machine but it didn't work. I couldn't authenticate the Windows. It took forever to load a page in the browser. The refurbisher had 9-5 M-F tech support only. Purchased it on the site and returned it to the local store the next day for a full refund.

I returned the item bc It had problems with downloading and they didn't install new windows before they sent it to me. I returned back to the store.

From day one..Battery was not holding up well.. few times it restarted itself. I had to return it first few days.

Received a message that item was going to be delayed but received a message a few days later that it was available for pickup which great. The product was in excellent condition without any scratches and wear. The battery had some charge to it and I was able to start signing into my Microsoft account. Laptop performance is great and has no issue with the operations.

My Friend refer to me, I did buy and very happy about it so far:) I ordered online Mar 26 and received earlier as I expected on Mar 29. set up was easy only one software I try to install with Windows 10 that is the file extension of exe saved differently and I have to change it manually from *setup_exe to *setup.exe , it works well then, you may not have the same problem as I do based on what software you try to download and install. just share with you in case you run into the same issues, other than this, everything else all great, laptop like new, service my purpose as I intended for, very happy about it, love bestBuy trust it as I am ordered many product from and got my reward to, you may save lot of Money...

It is low cost laptop. Even it is refurbished laptop, look like new with few minor chipped paint at corners. Comes with older build of Windows ( Not Fall creator), but updates automatically. You need to give almost 2 hr downtime for upgrade. Trackball cover is missing and screen brightness function key don't work. sometime track pad has issue. Good laptop to work as second computer in house :-)

This labtop came with what were specified. I would have given a 5 stars if the speaker volume could be higher and battery could last longer. Otherwise, this is a good labtop for the price.

Delivery arrived sooner than expected. Looks and works like new. I am very satisfied with the weight, the performance, and the design. All of this at a great price!

I had to replace my other HP Pavilion, but didn't want to spend a lot of money. This was a good decision and this HP has an SSD. Superfast no noise! 8GB memory is just right so I won't have to buy more memory, Outstanding display, sharp and clear. Only drawback was the shipping box was torn, (didn't have enough tape) and Cortina came up as soon as I turned if on. This would have been OK, but the display was turned 90 degrees CC. Couldn't change it, but after I answered a few questions the normal display came up perfect! Great to be online again and using my HP EliteBook!

Fast, stable and a nice screen. Bought this for my daughter for school and it was well worth the money. Solid state drive makes it run very fast!

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished computer, but was blown away with this product. Well worth the money. Started up without any problems and is running flawlessly. Would recommend the product highly. Fits all of my needs.

I purchased this laptop, because my old one had a slower processor and less memory. I received this laptop shipped to my home. This was the first time I had bought a refurbished computer, so I was a little worried, but I have been very happy with it. I use it daily, and I haven't had any problems. And the solid state drive makes start up so much faster than my old laptop.

with the above being said hold CTRL + ALT and press the up arrow itll change the computer screen right side up as you want. This computer with an SSD and an i5 it is MORE than enough to complete and handle several windows open at a time.

I love it! When i ordered it on 8/21 BB said it would arrive by 9/6 and i was bummed to have to wait so long but i got it by 8/24. It was slimmer than i thought and works great! The speed is fast while using the interet.im definitely HAPPY with my purchase! I would recommend it!

It came sooner than the estimated shipping, clean with no scratches and just like new. Only had to install a windows 10 update. Excellent price for product and good deals. Even though its meant to be a business laptop, it makes a great school laptop for students.

I purchased this laptop for work and was a little wary about buying a refurbished one, but I'm very satisfied with the purchase. JoySystems was the third party refurbisher and, after only about a week of use and settling it, I think they've done very well. The listing mentioned some cosmetic blemishes, which was accurate, but nothing substantial aside from a case crack on the lid. Besides that it's overall a well cared for machine. I've noticed some memory performance issues and I'm so far suspecting that it's because of MS background processes, but we'll see. In summary I'm happy I picked it up and feel that I purchased it at a good price.
