Inexpensive but solid product. Was buying this for a team member who didn't need anything fancy. The SSD drive speeds up the computer and helps keep things going.

Arrived sooner than expected, all as expected. Performance seems good, set up was a breeze.

I was skeptical at first about getting a refurbished computer. I did a lot of research and thought this would be a great buy. Received the computer two days before expected!. Exterior of the computer Is good. Performance is excellent, runs games good, multi tasks, can use a game and use photo editing while surfing and watching YouTube. Wish it was full hd but other than that I love this computer. Glad I bought it

I purchased this laptop for a mission trip. When I receieved it, the corner had a blemish as it was refurbished and the center mouse pointer button fell off but was easily pushed back on. I was a little hesitant at first but after running the windows updates it turned out to be really good. It fit our needs perfectly and the had everything we were looking for.

I was looking for a low-cost, good quality replacement for what I used to have and this definetly exceeds my expectations. Brand new quality all around, all accept for the backspace button that is slightly peeling unfortunately, but not a problem worth taking off a star.

An additional problem with these refurbished computers- the computer kept crashing because the fan wasn't working (causing the laptop to overheat). I realized there were lots of small white hairs- looked like cat hairs, all in the fan vent and in the keys on the keyboard. This laptop really wasn't cleaned properly at all before being sold. This refurbished lap top is just having multiple problems.

We ordered this laptop in order to use it for business purposes. The unit is clean and was ready to use. No issues signing on or activating windows. We would definitely purchase again in the future!

Needed a PC to finish school, have not had any issue. Grabbing an external hard drive for extra space, just in case anything happens. I highly recommend refurbished products based on how happy i am with my first purchase.

Have only used this laptop for a couple weeks but impressed with speed, sleek look and weight, and overall usability!
