This is a fantastic laptop. It's fast, small and super portable.

Fingerprint reader has to constantly be reset silver keys if u turn on the lights I can’t read them overheats real quick I would not recommend this to anyone because there are muck better laptops like Lenovo the 4 k screen is real nice shop around

I bought this laptop last month for my son’s online classes this coming August in the Philippine. He just received the package I sent him. He liked it very much, according to him it’s very fast, videos and pictures are very clear and audio is also great. It will surely be perfect for his school needs and requirements.

Immediate ease of use. Able to do any function for both daily work needs and hobbies. Only thing holding me back is my internet service plan.

I'm going to be starting graduate school soon, and I needed a new laptop. This one is much faster than my old one. I love logging on with my fingerprint. It is small and lightweight. So far I haven't noticed any glitches, but I haven't done anything too demanding yet.

Awesome computer. Got it for school to make zoom easier as well as recording and putting together videos. I don't know why I was so excited for the touch screen. You can't use any smart pens with it, I tried a few different bamboo ones and that didn't work so don't bother with that is laptop if that's what you are looking for. I've used the touch screen like twice. I was pretty sad about the smart pen issue, but there's so many other great things this laptop can do, it was definitely a wonderful upgrade from my 15lb i3 processing laptop... It is so small and elegant! I am very happy with it. This was the second one I got though because the first one came completely smashed in the mail... Service was great and they were super fast with getting me a new one. Definitely the perfect computer for me and all my schoolwork! Thank you!

Although my purchasing a laptop was long overdue, I had to quickly choose and buy one due to the pandemic. I knew that having a touch screen was a priority for me but I also liked the idea of having a 2-in-1 laptop/tablet so I struggled betwen the Envy 13.3" and the Envy x360. After reading review after review, I finally went into Best Buy and look at them side-by-side. The x360 has a 15.6" screen which was simply too big. Would I ever even carry around a tablet that large? That detail made my decision easy. This laptop is light, compact, fast, sleek and has an appropriate battery life. A small detail to note is that it does not have an HDMI port, so an adapter would be necessary. This might be an issue for me in time when I actually go out into the real world to give lectures, but for now it's fine!

Awesome and light weight laptop. Great for students. Finger print reader messes up pretty often. Microsoft makes you change your pin pretty often so it gets kind of annoying.

Needed to get a computer to help with work needs. I am a teacher and needed something to help with work related tasks. I do not use this for gaming and wouldn't suggest to use it for that.

Great laptop, sleek and stylish, I love it because of the keyboard light that makes me work at night without switching the light in the bedroom on. I will define itself recommend this.

I have always been an HP fan, and this laptop doesn’t disappoint. It’s compact while being powerful. I am enjoying my laptop and all of its features. Got a great deal for the laptop.

Great so far. I would have preferred the memory to be upgradeable to 16 GB. The 8 GB is soldered into the motherboard therefore cannot be expanded but appears sufficient so far.

The screen was great. The only downfall is that the battery dies fast due to the higher resolution. The design was nice though and it was light.

The HP laptop with i7 processor is fast to my satisfaction. It has excellent video (4k) and audio (B&O), great for zoom meetings. However, the keyboard is silver colored with the letters etched thin, which makes it hard to read both during day and night. I got it on sale, that makes the choice very justifiable. Its light, but not as light as Mac Air, but then again I would have to pay more for a Mac. They work like new for years though. I'll see what this windows based system does about keeping up the nifty performance with time.

I got this for college and its very lightweight which makes it easy to carry especially when I'm walking. Its also very fast and has a lot of storage space.

Lightweight easy to use. Beautiful screen and camera. Great buy for what we need for personal use and easy to bring along while traveling.

Since I purchased this laptop everything so far has been good, not problem what so ever, pretty fast, I will definitely recommend this laptop.

I love th design of this system, screen quality, and how easy it was to upgrade the OS. Unfortunately after every update I've had so far there is always an issue with the system. The flickering screen sound card stops working, etc. This is not Bestbuy's fault. These are all issues of Microsoft and HP. Which I love both of those companys. There is no way I could rate any less stars than 5 for best buy but did need to note a couple issues I have faced. Also, all the issues are easy fixes with help from YouTube if you are not tech savvy.
