This is out 4th HP laptop. We love them. Bought this for my daughter to use for school. She has been playing around with it and absolutely loves it. The biometric access is nice to keep her secure. Love it!

Great 4k screen quality, satisfying keyboard feel, nice quiet fans. Touch pad is far from perfect - too narrow, not responsive and unpleasant to the touch. Screen rotation degree could have wider angle. Purchased it on sale, so far - great machine for the money.

Got a very good deal on this 13.3" HP Envy laptop as it was on sale. My daughter specifically wanted something smaller than the 15" HP Pavilion she previously had, and after receiving it, she said this one was perfect for what she needed. Hope her future grades reflect this!

My husband is challenged by technology but this laptop is great for him. He can do everything he needs, he does handyman side work, and play a little as well. Easy to use, great tutorials

It has a nice compact size and a beautiful screen. The i7 is so quick and internet speed is extremely fast. Did a speed test and over 700! Sound is better than other laptops I’ve had.

There was very little instruction include to set up the computer but the worst of all was the lack of support at Best Buy. I thought buying from a brick and mortar store would be more beneficial but in the future I will take my chances and just buy on-line. More a reflection on the store than the computer, but hopeful that the computer will be worthwhile.
