It’s really good on paper. But the ram speed is actually 2667mghz, not 3200 as advertised. I’m disappointed that they got this wrong. Also the track pad isn’t very good. The screen and sound are amazing

Screen went black multiple times, turned off within hours of starting the computer, probably defective hardware.

Bad quality product. Called hp too, they laughed on its quality and advised replacement even at 1 day old

I love this laptop I bout it in 2020 and honestly it continued to work great I eventually upgraded and passed it on to my mom but even now it still works as if it was brand new I would really recommend this laptop and any other HP laptops they are great quality.

Haven't had new laptop in 8 years. So getting this computer was a big, but awesome change. Had to purchase Office 365, Webroot,separately. They come thru as an email then download. Also got a laptop stand. It sits low, but small/compact easy to move around. No laptops come with cd player so had to buy separately. I wish it was a 2 n 1, but it is touchscreen. Would recommend.
