Great for simple home use

I did return because it didn’t work for me but I have no doubt it would be great for your run of the mill laptop. The battery did get hot.

I thought the keyboard would be too small for lots of writing, but the key spacing is better than most other laptops we've used. Love the touch screen and easy of transporting where we need it.

I have to say I’m disappointed you are not able to speak to local Geek Squad, instead have to go through their call center. The tech I talked to couldn’t help me and told me I would have to go into the store…a 45 minute drive for me. Fortunately I was able to muddle through the issue.
