Loved the first one, and so far, am loving this one. Speed is great, and graphics are amazing. I do miss the CD drawer, but I bought an external one.

I have to say I’m disappointed you are not able to speak to local Geek Squad, instead have to go through their call center. The tech I talked to couldn’t help me and told me I would have to go into the store…a 45 minute drive for me. Fortunately I was able to muddle through the issue.

I love the large screen, but it is also big and bulky. It is my work computer.

Great for simple home use

I did return because it didn’t work for me but I have no doubt it would be great for your run of the mill laptop. The battery did get hot.

Great laptop, poor battery life

The i7 CPU is very fast and the Intel IRISx graphics is very good. My only disappointment is the battery life. I am getting about 3 hours of battery.
