HP ENVY HAS SOME SIGNIFICANT GLUTCHES

It won’t open word docs sent from someone else in word. Which is definitely a problem for my work. It has significant glitches from McAfee and Microsoft that continute to pop up

However, I am really enjoying the laptop and its functionality. The updates from my 2017 HP are subtle but noticeable and great. It has been a pleasant transition, as I was not ready to stop using my other laptop. To my surprise, I have not used it since making this purchase. L. Vann
