Fast but dependable?

First laptop I got had a dead pixel in the screen, best buy swapped it with no issues. Replacement laptop is having issues charging, sent off for repair through geek squad... haven’t been able to keep one for more than a couple months before an issue, but in between has been great. Don't know why there's been problems...

STOP, read for 10 key Information

Didn't think to look, would not have bought this HP if I had checked. That's on me. Won't happen again. Giving an average because of that. I'm a high 10 key user, plus you pay for the 10key in the price.
