The only problem was the new outlook that automatically opened. It would not allow me to send emails using imap through my isp. Once I removed the new outlook and reverted to th outlook that loaded with my office 365 everything worked fine.

No Ethernet Port

This was a nice Laptop, good response touch screen, battery dies quickly. Unfortunately it has no ethernet port. I would have loved to use in separate locations throughout the house and just plug into my network node ethernet port but this HP doesn't come with one.

My new HP Envy is my best computer yet!

I am a researcher and do most of my reseach online using Ancestry and hunderds of courthouse websites for records searches as well as many other databases. I have been able to link up and work within every system I needed to. It is fast and has great resolution . I am very happy.
