Excellent laptop with great keyboard touch, 10-key, B&O speakers which are outstanding, and a great value. It's my second Envy and I'm still thrilled with this product line.

Great computer, it has the speed that I need for work. The battery does seem to go down faster than I expected.

Purchased 2 new HP Laptops for me & my wife. Latoya helped us decide, and she was very helpful. The units are great, and with Latoya’s guidance regarding a printer and Geek Squad, the entire process was a great experience.

Replaced old one w/the exact same new one. Very happy with the guy that helped me. Had a bit of a glitch w/new security. Did transfer all data over. Would definitely recommend BB for anyone else.

So far, I have found this windows 11 easy to get use to. This HP computer is bright. The lighted keyboard is great. I like how the lighted keyboard goes off when not in use. This is an excellent feature.

Its an appreciated upgrade from my last laptop. This HP has a fast startup, fast internet browsing, and i like that it has the keyboard light. Plus its was easy to connect to my printers. Fast charging.

initially purchased laptop had a faulty "D" key. I returned it and got a replacement which so far I'm very happy with.

Do like this laptop, but the font on the task bar and other areas of the programs are so small - like a 2 sized font... I have seen several items changed from my prior laptop. Can't save items on the task bar - have to retrieve gmail from a list in Microsoft Edge. I've researched to make it like it used to be, but know that Microsoft will change things not always for the better.

Great computer! I love the size, easy functionality & quick to learn many of the new bells & whistles. Storage space is incredible; keyboard is a great upgrade from my previous computer -typing flows more smoothly.

This reminds me of my old computer. I'm still trying to find out how I can restore some downloads that i purchased on the internet. The number pad makes it much easier to balance my checkbook.

I purchase this because it was time for upgrade, great price, touch-screen image awesome. The average battery life is 6 to 8 hours depending on use. Does not have finger scanner option and it is al laptop so your going to need the space for it. I like th Hp envy series.

We bought HP Envy 17.3 Full HD Touch Screen Laptop Intel Core i7 - 16 GB Memory 1 TB SSD . It is excellent product I really like it .I would like to recommended That other people should use it.

I purchased this laptop due to the 16GB of memory and 1 TB SSD Hard Drive intending it to be a home workhorse with the ability to run Adobe Creative Cloud for Graphic Design. It is a very capable machine, For my purposes, it is a bit large and heavy, but it gets the job done.

I was pleased with all the help I got at the Best Buy in Sioux Falls South. This is the fourth HP laptop iPhone and I've had great luck with all of them. I would definitely suggest my friends and family to purchase this model

Did everything I wanted it to. Does not have an internal CD drive but what computer does these days. Has four USB c ports and HDMI port and USB port. Really easy to use and the keyboard lights up optionally .

I did have an issue with the set up. I was able to to call customer service without any issue. The issie was wirh my internet connection. I love the option of the different desktops. One for my business with its app and the other one for personal uses.

Love. Love. Love! Very large screen. The speakers are really soft but that’s my only complaint!
