Overall good laptop with features and programs - the size of the screen is good.

Needed a full size laptop for sales demonstrations at trade shows and this laptop worked great. A bit heavier than expected but doesn't affect the overall value.

HP products have always worked for me. Bought this laptop to replace an 11 year old all in one that the recent tax software drivers would no work with it.

It has more connectors than I realized. I do not like Windows 11 but I get this because I know the way of the world and my Windows 10 machine has slowed considerable. BOTTOM LINE: hardware good, software not so much.

Had to upgrade laptop to be able to run Windows 11.

In general, I like it. The speaker and the control of the volume is horrible. Even at full volume, it's no where near what it should be. It's fine if you use an external speaker that has it's own volume control.

It's a nice looking laptop. However, the keyboard stops working randomly, rendering it useless, after about an hour or two of use. It happens at random and there is no resolve to this issue. Best Buy cx and tech support were no help at all. They have no resources to actually help you when you experience difficulties with your account or with products purchased from their business. I need the laptop for work, otherwise I would return it. The only work around I found was adding an external keyboard, but if you need to use the laptop itself with the built in keyboard, good luck to you. This experience has left me extremely disappointed with Best Buy. I spent over $1500 for the laptop and the laptop bag in this one order and none of their associates could be bothered to help me.

We have not used it very much yet, we bought it for my wife’s writing and for installation of TurboTax. Our router is in the basement. Our iPad gets good download speeds in the basement, first floor and second floor loft (460 mbps). Our Chromebook gets good download speeds in the basement and first floor but only 40 mbps in the second floor loft. Our new HP laptop gets only a 3 mbps download in the second floor loft while getting 20 Mbps upload speed in that location. I was hoping WiFi6 on the new laptop would do much better than that.

Overall very good but has connectivity issues even though we have a fast internet connection and I am no more than 5 feet from the router. I had contacted the geek squad multiple times and after rebooting the modem it worked for an hour and then connectivity dropped down significantly to the point I could not get anything open despite the fact I had another 2 PCs, 2 Ipads and all of them were working perfectly and no issues with connectivity or downloading at all.

It is an excellent experience. Always wanted such an experience using tools like this acquired from the BEST. I would encourage everyone to get one to have an experience of their own. Loving it.

Excellent laptop I did the setup myself and it went very smooth and actually easy I would recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a good laptop

Very versatile laptop. I use it for work and gaming and works well for both. This is the 3rd Envy I have purchased- I use them very heavily and love their reliability.

This machine is the second one I have purchased. It operates flawlessly for me. Best Buy Geek Squad went above and beyond assisting me.
