    This laptop is almost identical to my old laptop except in performance. It is slow/ takes longer to refresh a screen/ adjusting font is major chore (old laptop had Windows 10 much easier) This has same processor Intel i7, could not upgrade to windows 11

    I should have returned this right away. I did not like it from day one, but kept telling myself I had to get used to it. I need to learn to stay away from HP. Not the good brand that they used to be.
