Frozen

I pay too much money to be disappointment

This one blows out a fuse in the house. Every time I try to plug it in and the volume is too low on speaker even though it’s turned all the way up and the picture quality on the camera for Zoom it’s just disappointing.

Computer OK, NEW Microsoft OUTLOOK is terrible.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The problem is probably not with the Computer, but rather with Microsoft 11. 10 was easier to work with certain recorded subject matter columns that could be adjusted between columns to be able to read something that was covered before adjustment. NEW OUTLOOK as compared to the CLASSIC OUTLOOK is TERRIBLE and it looks like a 10-year-old kid did it and is missing very important features that made processing easier and faster when selected. I have talked to many others in the profession who agree. PLEASE pass on to the PROGRAMMER at Microsoft OUTLOOK 11!!!!!!!

I've never been hacked before. It is possible it had something to do with the Microsoft 365 according to the comments I read after my situation turned my world upside down.

Battery Charger

No issues yet. However, the charger isnt the usual charger for most computers. Its one that can be used to charge cell phones. I didnt pay attention to that when I bought it. If I would have known, I wouldnt have bought this computer. I have gone through so many cell phone chargers, I can only imagine what its going to be like with this type of charger. Most people dont really pay attention to the type of charger the computers come with, they mainly look at the features of the PC. Beware, and check the type of chargers on all computers.

would not buy again

Connectivity issues, even took it to the Best Buy Geek Squad, they can't find anything wrong yet it will screech loud without a fan cooler underneath. Streaming often freezes and my internet is fast with everything else. Must have a dud.
