The keyboard stops functioning intermittently. By doing a Google search other people have had the same issue with no resolution.

I had to make an appointment to have my computer set up for nearly a week later, when when I took it in for the appointment it took the computer in for the "appointment" I couldn't get my computer back for another three days. Horrible service, and I won't repeat that mistake.

To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I’m actually very furious and upset that Best Buy would sell me a used computer. The computer is supposed to have a warranty as a new one and apparently it doesn’t.
