This was an open box deal- Geek squad transferred all my data from my old lap-top. Awesome group of techs! Computer has all the bells and whistles- touch screen, 17.3" screen- great for presentations, back lite, sleek and thin to slip into my carry case. Everything I wanted !

Much lighter than my old asus 17', and more powerful. Love the touch screen feature.

I purchased this laptop about a month and a half ago to use for nursing school when my last one ran out of storage. I am very happy with this decision. It performs swiftly and I love the touchscreen. Battery life is great. The large screen is a huge plus for me.

Our old laptop's hard drive started to fail so we bought this new laptop to replace it. The speed of the processor is impressive, almost instantaneous. Also the display colors are brighter and the picture is much clearer and crisper then we were accustomed to on the old laptop. One of our main reasons for this laptop was the larger display screen.

This laptop is nothing short of exceptional. It's a powerhouse of performance, effortlessly handling even the most demanding tasks with lightning speed. The display is stunning, with colors that pop and details that leap off the screen. With impressive battery life, it's the ultimate device for productivity.

Easy to use, large screen, fast. Love this computer

I bought this laptop for my wife who works from home. For years shes been tethered to her desktop with multiple screens set up at her desk at home in our home office. She finally decided that she wanted a bit more flexibility with moving to different locations in the house, so we decided on looking into laptops that would suit her needs with what she needs to perform with her work, as well as letting her stretch her legs and get a bit of different scenery. After some online digging, and a bit of back and forth questioning between us and between anyone and everyone working the computer section of our Best Buy that day, we landed on this model and my wife is estatic we did. It has the performance she needs, the storage she needs, the security she needs, and to top it off, as with any other laptop, the mobility she was yearning for. This laptop is a SOLID buy.

This is one of the best laptops I ever had . It has 1 TB and 17 inched, the key strokes are lit So you can see them in the dark . it's super fast and just everything that I wanted in a laptop and H P is an excellent brand.

Great engineering laptop - I do heavy duty engineering using MatLab, Altium PCB designer and other computational tools which can really stress your machine. This computer handles them without any issue. I upgraded to 32GB of Corsair Vengeance performance memory which was simple using the HP guide online. User Benchmark showed above average performance in every category before the memory upgrade which I was really pleased by - this computer really shined above similar builds and scored as a UFO for desktop systems. Note: this is NOT a gaming machine - it has the Intel video card, so I don't recommend for gaming.. Screen is beautiful and has plenty of brightness (it's brighter than similar machines). Boot time is outstanding and it turns on almost immediately. Keyboard is very nice and I have no issues touch typing with it. As someone whose been using computers for almost 45 years - this is a beautiful machine and I would definitely buy it again!

John (the gentleman who resembles Babish on YouTube) was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would want to deal with him every time I needed something from Best Buy. The young man who did the intake on my old and new laptops, to transfer data, was also very pleasant. When I received the news that my new laptop had all the data transferred I went to pick up both laptops and discovered that not all of my data had been transferred. I had to wait about an hour for them to transfer what I thought was all of my data. Most of the remaining data was transferred, but not all, so I had to wait maybe another 15 minutes to finish up. I was told by the techs that they weren't used to seeing data in the files I had mine in. While I am not techno-savvy, I did ask the IT tech where I work and he told me it didn't matter....all of the data should have been sought out and transferred the first time. I do love my new laptop! It is much faster than my old one and while I am still learning the nuances of operating the new one, I am overall pleased with this device. Please make sure your staff/tech/GeekSquad employees are thoroughly trained and knowledgeable in making a seamless, smooth data transfer and set up for your customers. I am glad I investigated the new laptop rather than just unknowingly walking out of the store without all of my data having been transferred. I run 2 businesses so I have that data, as well as my personal data on my laptop(s). While I very much appreciated the Geek Squad helping me with the setup, some improvements could be had. I bought this computer for my boyfriend that is picky about computers since he works with them all day for work. He was so surprised and lives this model. Has lots of memory, is powerful, and likes the touch screen option. Definitely recommended!

I bought this for my mother as a birthday present over two years ago and she still absolutely loves it. She uses it everyday with no issues to play games and conduct work and the computer has really held up against time. I would definitely but it again.

This PC is satisfactory overall. Intel graphics is barely adequate - Nvidia would be much better. Mostly don't care for Windows 11 -- difficult to adjust display color schemes. The styles cannot be fined tuned as with older versions -- scheme colors have fixed subordinate colors and are forced onto apps such as Word and Excel. Some computer info must be accessed using command prompt. Haven't tried all functions yet so may find more unfriendly surprises. Some operations only ~2x, others not noticeably faster than old i7 core in previous computer (10 years old) - may be due to graphics chip, but not impressed - previous one had Nvidia. Also had to purchase separate external DVD CD player - previous one built in. Won't have purchased except old one physically deteriorating. Graphics resolution of 1080p is good -recommend no less. Touch screen operates smother than previous Sony Vaio.

My laptop has been used frequently. The HP envy speed/battery life is exceptional. I would recommend to anyone. I like having a laptop on hand because I want a bigger screen than my phone for some things. Geek Squad is very helpful.

This is the best laptop I have owned. It is fast and nimble. The screen size is a blessing as I can watch movies on it as well. I like the backlit keyboard and the sound quality is very good for a laptop. It is just a little heavier than I would like but overall an excellent purchase.

This is my 3rd HP Envy. Performance and easy of use and display far exceeds expectation.

Fast and startup, slim body enables you to carry around for business very easily without issues. Very elegant product
