DO NOT BUY!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this laptop with 2 requirements. Number pad and touch screen. I got it home, no touch screen, I took it back and we called HP and Geek squad was unable to install the driver. I had to purchase another one because I needed a computer for work. The other laptop arrived with the same issues. I have 2 two hour trips to the store and it still isn't resolved. No one at Best Buy, including the Geek squad, was able to remedy this. I have an older version of this laptop and love it. I am buying direct from HP this time. Hoping to get the computer I want as advertised
