Bought this laptop for the larger screen and light up keyboard, but love the TB of storage and lightning fast processing.

its very fast compared to my old one and screen is very bright and easy to use the touch screen which my wife loves

The HP Envy 17 is a good laptop. I spend most og the time on social media and "surfing the web". But I also do documents and spreadsheets. I was convinced to go with Google Docs instead of buying Office. I am surprised there is not a default option to open spreadsheets and Word documents in Google Docs. Seems like I have to move existing documents into Google and then tell it to save as a Google file. But the laptop is pretty straight forward and easy to use. I have had HP's before and they have proven satisfactory.

So far have been very pleased with this laptop. Pros: large, beautful screen; multiple ports; backlit keyboard and touch screen. Cons: none yet for me I bought this one primarily for the 17 inch screen and I use it mostly as a desktop, but I want the option to move around with it. It is heavy, but that is not a con for me and I usually have it plugged in so I can't speak to battery life. I hope my positive feelings last in the long run. My prior HP was great for 7 years and I am still using that one today. I would highly recommend this Envy.

I LOVE my Envy with all the features, performance, Battery life and of course the Screen size that makes it so much more fun.

Love this laptop! Its fast, the monitoris huge and it can run multiple apps with ease. I hihghly recommend this laptop!

I bought this HP laptop specifically for the 17" screen size. It is easy to use and the screen is sharp and vivid. With the capability to split the screen, each side is still spacious enough to work with easily. I am not a computer wiz but this thing has more than enough of the goodies that anyone would want or need. The price was reasonable too, for a laptop with so many features I cannot list them all. I love that there are several different ports. Best Buy gave me a great deal on this with incentives for returning to add accessories.

I have had several HP laptops over the years but this one has a more upscale feel to it. The keyboard buttons have an excellent surface feel. It seems heavier than my other 17" laptops but I mainly use it at home so it's a moot point for me. That might be do it to it's better build. So far, I'm totally satisfied with it and would recommend this particular model or similar. Also, interaction with BB personnel has been very good.

Excellent buy. A little pricy but worth every penny. I bought it for my daughter, who is heading off to college, and ended up buying one for myself. Very durable and easy to use. Love the slim shape

so far it is very good and very fast working. glad I got it and would recommend it. I do all my work and invoices on a daily basis and my E-mail among other things

I've had this laptop for a little over a month now and so far, I have no complaints other than that it is a bit heavy. Nothing major, but if you're carrying it in a backpack, it will weigh you down after a bit. Otherwise, the performance is great. I also love that it is a touchscreen (a feature I forgot about) but it is working fantastically! I don't use it much off the power cable, so I can't comment on the battery life off the cable but it is great overall.

Very fast. Crystal clear picture. Large screen. It doesn’t get any better than this.

Love my HP, it was easy to set up, slim, large screen, plenty of memory for all my pictures. I use my HP for personal use only.

This is a pretty good computer it’s powerful and fast. I’m a little disappointed in the graphics. Which is the one complaint is the graphics. I am visually impaired and I thought getting a 17.3 inch screen with the accessibility would make it easier to see, but due to the low end, graphics card, and the pixelation it was not Worth the purchase for me. Buying the magnifier for the laptop will cost more if I had just picked a computer with a better graphics card. However, if you’re just looking for something good for school or a small business, this is perfect.

I love it! Works fast. Easy to use. A little on the heavy side but I'm not complaining. It gets the job done.

I’m really enjoying my new laptop! Battery life is great and it’s quiet when cooling itself. The laptop’s performance is great and seamless.

Very responsive and easy to set up. Could not be happier with the Laptop. Perfect for business use as the large screen allows for easier multi-tasking.

Hp Envy===== i have a eight year old dell and for one reason or another that laptop spent lots of time in repair shop----Hp was the choice this time around and i found this laptop on sale ----so far it is great plus it has an I7 processor and this baby is fast---more than i wanted to spend but i dont purchase computers every year and i wanted a higher end computer and i did purchase a stand alone dvd player so i can watch old movies

OK, I hated trying to learn the new stuff. I'd in my mid 70's so prefer to not have to "rewire" but my new laptop is so much faster and if I can ignore all the artificial intelligence until I am capable we will get along fine. On another note all the little wigits are so hard to see am still having difficulty with that. Watch out for the new stuff that sez it will see you coming and turn on. WHAT?!!!!!
