I received the HP - Envy 17.3" Laptop in December. I unpacked it and really enjoy the quickness of the processor. I am able to do multiple tasks at the same time. I did have an error, especially when I was watching a video, of receiving an error, "out of memory". I did a google search and chanced a few things and no longer received that error. There have been a few quips along the way, but slowly have been resolved. The reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is that the mouse pad is so large and while typing would get all sorts of things happening that I did not want. After trying to keep the palms of my hands off of the mouse pad and still having that happen. I had a friend who is in IT that disabled my mouse pad for me. I do have a regular mouse attached that has been sufficient for me. That would be one thing that I would think should be revised on this laptop. Other than those things, I do like the big keys and ability to do multiple projects at once. I would recommend this laptop.

So far, I love this laptop. I purchased it as a replacement to a MacBook Air I had (2017). I'm super impressed with the performance, Windows 11 (Wow! what a long way MS has come learning from Apple!), and the overall look & feel of the laptop. The fit & finish is excellent, matching my old (and the latest) MacBook Air offering for about the same pricing. However, the HP has a 17.3" touchscreen that is superb. So far, I'm loving it!

This is my third HP Envy 17" laptop. My last one lasted 13 years before I finally decided it was time for an update. This one is much lighter than my old device and the keyboard is a bit easier to use. Speed is fine for me. I am not a gamer so the storage and RAM are adequate. I do travel frequently so am appreciating the slimmer design and lighter weight.

GOOD: Great laptop, 17.3", touch screen, and runs great. NOT GOOD: Came with 12 GB RAM & 500 GB SSD, upgradeable, BUT opening the case to do the upgrade would void the warranty (and I took HP's off of an extended warranty - 3years. ) Will have to wait 2-1/2 years to increase RAM to 32 GB ( like to open lots of windows while reading news articles ).

So far I like this new laptop. I'm very happy with the speed, the screen size and the keyboard. No complaints.

Love it! I am super happy with this laptop, I've been using it for about 6 months. The screen is large, its easy to use, and it seems durable. There are USB ports on both sides, which is helpful if you're using it with other devices. I would buy it again.

Bought this as an open box from the Best Buy Outlet and it came out of the box still wrapped and perfect. It works great, has an awesome touch screen and so far works as advertised. The i7 is a huge upgrade over our other i5 desktop and laptop that this replaced.

I am so excited to have this new HP Envy laptop. It's so easy to use. I am taking my time becoming familiar with all the updated features. I am so glad I chose this particular laptop because it does amazing things. I love the touch screen feature. So excited!!!!

Best HP Laptop I have ever used, display and screen size perfect

Ok, its a bit heavy but with a 17.5" screen that was kinda expected. I do like this laptop. Nice touchscreen and pretty fast. So far the only issue i have with it is the backlight on the keyboard. Im not sure what they were thinking putting clear letters on a sliver laptop. Once the light is on, the letters are almost hard to see. Thats why i gave it a 4 out of 5. Apart from that, for the price it is a nice laptop

This laptop is great for my college student. Processor is quick, computer is easy to use, has a touchscreen, and not too heavy weight wise. Would highly recommend.

Fast but needs a bigger SSAD. The laptop resolution is great, the speed is great, the screen size is great but the SSAD should be bigger. This HP Envy is ideal or school use or light home kitchen laptop.

I’m so happy with this laptop I can’t even put it into words. It’s fast , keyboard is smooth, the display is great , and works well when connected to another monitor. Just what I needed for in and out of the office!

I enjoy the larger size screen. The speed of this laptop is great compared to may last laptop. The battery life is good but I wish it would last a bit longer. Still it is better than the one I had so no complaints.
