Got this for my girlfriend & she hasn't stopped playing on it since! She loves playing the sims on it and the speed bus very fast so there is no interruptions. Great laptop, I will always shop with Best Buy!

Screen size is just what my “senior eyes” needed. Speed is a pleasant surprise. Windows 11 much improved over Windows 10. Price was better than what I expected to pay.

Works great for what I need it for, I just wish the battery would last a little longer. Charges pretty fast. Touch screen works great. The colors on the screen are vibrant.

The HP ENVEY is a very good computer, it is very fast and is very easy to setup, the peoat Best Buy are always helpful and very respectful. Best buy is the best place to go to

Love this laptop. Great screen and speakers. I use it for work, edit videos, word processing and spreadsheets. Never have a problem with it.

I recently bought this laptop to work from home and so far it works great. In the description it doesn't say it is touchscreen but it is. I hope it keeps working the way it works now.

nice laptop, only drawback is that they didn't say it could only be upgraded to 24gb of ram, i need 32gb-64gb for using Photoshop and lightroom, but it'll have to work. after i purchased this one they came out with choice of 32gb or 64gb in the exact same laptop, guess i learned a lesson.

Received my order late for Christmas but it was worth the wait. Laptop has all the features I wanted and the price was right. I would definitely use Best Buy again in the future.

Keyboard letters clearly visible and screen size perfect. Grandson using for college coursework. So far, no viruses or strange bugs like his old computer. Keeping fingers crossed.

Porting from broken laptop and setup by GEEK SQUAD was fast and easy, although GOOGLE bookmarks and EDGE favorites would have all been lost if the information was not also on an older laptop. Syncing of the two computers resolved the problem.
