The Touch screen is awesome to have and Backlit keyboard a must .First computer that I have had with backlit keys and I would never be without. The instore purchase was fast and flawless.

My only complaint is that the corners of the lapton are sharp but that's it . Anyone that buys this will not be disappointed.

I bought it back in 2022 because my Chromebook was of no good use and I needed it for college. Great quality for work and gaming (by gaming I for the most part run a Gamecube emulator). It’s nice to have the light behind the keys and the number pad when typing out numbers. I haven’t had any critical issues with this laptop yet. I would highly recommend using this one.

Best Buy's "Open Box" Sales Are Rewarding

Its 12th Gen Intel i7, 12 GB of Crucial DDR4-3200 RAM and a 512 GB SSD, operating with Windows 11-Home, make it the fastest and most powerful laptop computer in the neighborhood! This was an "Open Box" purchase; I could not be more pleased. It arrived quickly and was sealed in original packaging. The price break was well worth the risk.
