Great experience about service hopefully get everytime.

Nice and fast. I wish there was more contrast on the keys. The back light doesn’t come on unless I press a key. Very hard to read in certain lightings.

It’s fast and dependable. It does what I need it to do. I like the display screen, camera shutter/blind, keyboard is smooth, but not a fan of touch screen. I may get used to it. The battery for me last about 8 hours. My 2.5 year old Lenovo Thinkpad started giving me problems and a rarely used it and mostly just did school work on it. It was a huge disappointment so I needed an upgrade. It was disastrously slow or just wouldn’t open apps. I’m hoping this laptop last as long as my old Mac did. For now I would recommend this product.

5 times faster than my old Dell. Graphics are excellent. Could use more HDMI ports (had to buy a sub block...4 ports w/ its own power, $21).

I had a problem with my eleven year old HP laptop, so I brought it in to Geek Squad and had it tested. As It turned out, it needed to be replaced. I tryed a Dell, but it didn't have enough hard drive space and wasn't upgradable. This one did, so I came back to HP. I have one complaint and it is about all new laptops, no optical drive! you may not use CD'S or DVD'S, but I use the heck out of them! now you cant even buy software on discs! I bought a download for a photo editing program almost a week ago and I'm still waiting for an E-Mail with the link for the download! I even talked to customer service. it's on it's way. I would recommend this laptop. you get alot for your money with this one.

Great computer for the price. I can do my computer graphics with ease and then save for future use. I did not have a touch screen previously so I am training myself to use this feature (so far, so good). I am so glad to have found this in a moment of great need!

I was really please to find an HP laptop with a 1 TB HDD in addition to 256GB SSD. It’s a great machine. I shopped at a local Best Buy store and the workers found this for me at Best Buy online. It only took two days to arrive at my home. Great service.

This was a gift for my husband's birthday. He loves it, its faster and easier to use than his older one. LOL He has 3 now.

I have purchased one previously and really liked the touchscreen and larger sized monitor.

This is everything I need it for. Really great deal.

The online specs said that this would have Windows 10, but the one sent to me had Windows 11. That was very aggravating because I hate Windows 11 and so I returned this immediately. Best Buy clearly needs to fix their online system, or whoever packages the items needs to pay more attention because this mistake is inexcusable.
