I think I am really going to love it. I have never had a laptop before, so it is taking some getting used to. The touch screen is great and is very responsive! It has a 17.3" screen with things blown up about as much as they can be, so I can actually see it. The battery seems to charge pretty quickly. It is fairly large, but not heavy. I think the memory will be more than enough for my needs. This is turning out to be a very good investment, and Best Buy's 12 month no interest plan was a great help in deciding to purchase it.

I love this laptop! My needs are simple...I wanted a numeric keyboard and 3 USB ports and this meets those requirements easily. The screen is clear and bright. I like that I can turn the camera off with a click of a button and the ability to log in with my finger print. Of course it boots up a LOT faster than my old laptop. Great value for the price...especially when BestBuy honored their price match guarantee when this laptop came on sale after I bought it. All it took was a phone call to Best Buy customer service.

This laptop is good, the only thing is it is very easy to get hot and the battery dead’s fast when the charger wasn’t plugged in

The computer is fast and has great graphics. The large screen makes reading text much easier than reading on a smaller screen.

Top of the line all the way. Fast and lots of memory. Easy set up and not heavy even though it is large.

ive been using this item for 1 year before posting my review. i am super pleased with the performance and the quality. the price was my only scary factor but seeing as its held up so well for the year im happy to say that i would definately purchase it again if need be. i love the large screen and sleek design. if i was forced to pick a negative it would be the battery life. this laptop ROCKS!

So far, this computer is doing everything I need it to do. Had an issue at first with the brightness not responding to the dimmer key or by dimming the brightness in settings, but it was resolved with an update. My main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the laptop is relatively heavy; it works for using it around the house, but it's at the upper end of what I'd want for convenience sake. Also a negative is that I want to use a stylus-style pen and have so far tried 2 that don't pair with this model, including an HP pen (the Wacom - Bamboo Ink Smart Stylus for Windows Ink; 2nd Generation and the HP - Rechargeable USI Pen for USI Supported Devices).

I really love my new pc. I use both touch screen and mouse pad. Helps me get the stuff done that I need to do. It's fast ( At least rite now LOL ) Backlight could be illuminated better!

The was the best deal on a 17" I could find locally, and it should be faster than the rest for years to come.
