Great product, love the keypad. The screen size is great!

Great laptop! Large screen with crisp pictures, very lightweight. Programs come up quickly and runs like a dream. The battery lasts a long time before needing recharging and the cord is sufficiently long to allow use while charging without pulling if not close to an outlet.

The HP ENVY 17.3" touch-screen laptop is a sleek and fast device. It boots-up in 10-11 seconds. The keyboard is comfortable to use. The HP Imagepad is effective. The speed of this device rivals my desktop PC. Applications launch instantly. The internet response is sub-second, as is the printer's response to a print request (both connected wirelessly). The display is sharp. The audio sound is slightly tinny. The fingerprint reader worked well for the first few days, but seems to be having a difficult time reading my fingerprint recently. While the fan can be louder than the fans on other devices, it is not frequent enough to bother me. (That, of course, depends on which functions are being used.) The fan can be controlled by changing the setting to emphasize quiet rather than performance, but I have not had to change the setting. I used the Best Buy chat feature to obtain answers to a couple of questions. Theirs is one of the best chat functions on the internet. I placed the order at 2:30 p.m. The laptop was delivered before 7:00 p.m. (the same day).

This is my third HP laptop purchase and I like these laptops. I like how the keyboards are larger and love the screen size. I like to be able to have at least four different screen open at once and this laptop along with my monitor allows easy viewing. I'll take the larger size for bigger screen. So far the batter life is good and the boot up time is great.

Very nicely sized screen and keyboard. Easy setup right out of the box. I use this daily for working with online meetings and for teaching Online. Audio and video very clear. Very happy with the purchase. This replaced a five year old smaller laptop and is much faster and easier to use.

I am very pleased with this laptop. I purchased it after several months of deliberation, and this is the laptop I eventually decided upon. I love many aspects about it: the overall design, keyboard travel, backlit keys, memory and storage space, touchscreen, etc. It is perfect for everything I needed to use it for including schoolwork, running my online business, and gaming on the side. Out of all of the other PCs on the market, I'm very glad that my window shopping ended with this purchase. My only grievance is that I keep getting a pop-up from the HP Support Assistant about Drivers & Software, and I cannot figure out how to disable it. I have also reached out to support through the app itself, but the 3 different associates I spoke to also couldn't figure it out lol so at first I thought it was just a new user error, but now I'm thinking it's actually a glitch. My next step will be to uninstall and reinstall, hopefully that works. Otherwise, I love this laptop.

This HP is so fast and easy to use. My previous HP lasted me 6+ years (1/2 of undergrad and all of grad school) and after working from home for 1 week cpuld not support the needed tech. Purchased this HP and was amazed at the speed and how lightweight this laptop is. I lo e it!!

I haven't had a new laptop in 5 years and this computer is light years ahead of the last purchased. The screen is clear and the sound is great for a laptop, while most actions are lightning quick.

This laptop is thin and light, has a great touchscreen display and is fast and quiet. I'm not gaming or anything, so I don't know if the new 11th gen discreet graphics are as good as intel claims, but it doesn' get hot and video looks good. Also love the backlit keyboard, it only lights up while in use and is fully adjustable. It's also a pretty good deal at Best Buy with the price drop.

I'm very happy with the laptop. The large screen and numeric keyboard make it easy to work on spreadsheets, which is the main purpose of my laptop. And the decent ram allows for multiple screens and programs to work simultaneously. My only real complaint is the weight, but it wasn't a surprise due to the large screen and large SSD.

My HP ENVY is everything I want in a Laptop computer, fast, beautiful design and I love ther touch screen option. Its light weight and the keyboard lights up making it easy to use in low light conditions. Just a great machine!

Great laptop. A little heavy, but given the size of the screen, to be expected. I like the back light in the keyboard. I have only had it a few weeks. Very fast laptop.

Bought this item a few months back and so far I'm impressed . So right upfront let me tell you that I am not a techi this being my 2nd laptop I've own, 1st one was also an Hp brand ( 360 black ) but I returned it and replaced it with this one instead. I'm only using it for entertainment purposes you know like streaming and music essentials as well as web browsing. One slight complaint at times is the fan noise at times gets a bit loud but not a deal breaker for me in any way. Battery lasts long in my opinion but for those who use it for business I'm in no way able to clarify that time frame. Love the finger scan option and other safety options available for ease of use and appreciate that it doesn't get hot like my sisters Toshiba laptop. I wanted more memory and this Hp came with plenty, that's one of the reasons why it was easier to make my choice over the hp 360 combo laptop. Over all I do recommend this Hp if your in the market for a new or replacement laptop ,I was in the market for the lg gram but chose an Hp instead.

I am very happy with my new HP laptop. I love the touch screen. It makes everything so much faster. I like how the keyboard has the fingerprint scan on it. It does everything I need it to do and it is pretty light.

I am really enjoying this new laptop. Great speed and ease of use, not too big to crowd my deskspace. Good visual and sound for Zoom meetings, as well. I'm glad I decided to go with the larger screen.

Bought this computer as a Christmas gift. The person I bought it for really like the big screen and the touch screen, but missed the disc drive but agrees with the fact that it isn’t a big deal as most of the movie watching is done via online streaming. It also has a fingerprint reader that might come in handy if you aren’t wanting others to get in to some files

I love it,so much faster than my old laptop and the lighted keyboard is another plus!I did a lot of research before I decided to go with the HP envy and I have been thrilled with this purchase!

I bought this at my local Best Buy after having issues with ordering online from 2 different computer companies. My old laptop was coming to the end of its life, so I needed something quickly. After researching the HP Envy, I decided this is the one I wanted. So far, it has been fantastic! Compared to my old laptop, it's a speed demon, powering up in a few seconds and giving instant access to everything I need. The fingerprint login is awesome. Right now, I'm completely satisfied with it. It was a little pricey, but the quality is there. It's not a cheap, plastic laptop like so many others. Looking forward to finding out what all it can do.

This was an interesting experience...Best Buy personal were unaware that this machine had the ability to hold multiple 2.5" hard drives...H-P support was not much help either by suggesting that this machine can ONLY accept the 512GB SSD/32GB Octane combo in addition to a 1TB drive (HDD or SSD)...Well, I am glad that I didn't listen to either source...Today, the machine has the original 512GB SSD/32GB Octane combo plus a 2TB SSD...Maybe I should apply for a job in that dept. or with the Geek Squad...Not sure of the motivation, but sometimes the customer does know a little something that the experts don't...Words to the wise: ALWAYS DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE OR MODIFICATION TO A PARTICULAR MACHINE...At the end of the day, I accomplished my goal...Thanks to BB for having the "Fix-It" kit and static strap to aide the efforts.

Nice laptop. Good speed. Nice graphics. Easy to set up. I don't have the need for a lot of storage, so I can't address that point.
