I had the computer for 2 weeks, something is not working with the computer, I cannot print from it. I bought and paid for tech support, now they are charging me to fix something that is brand new and not working and I had nothing to do with it.

Geek Squad has been deteriorating for several years. Bought 2 computers 1 year ago and had Geek Squad set them up. This was a totally inept process. Visited several times for help and they have no clue. I stopped payment for Geek Squad. I had to take both computers to somebody else to complete set-up.

Horrible - returned and would never buy another HP. Kept shutting down and could not fix. HP offered to fix but this was the second on purchased in less than 2 months with the same issue.

Best buy sucks dont buy anything from them. Liars and thieves

The sales associate was extremely unhelpful and rude throughout the entire process. If it wasn’t for googling in the moment and needing to leave with something I wouldn’t have made a purchase.

You were supposed to clean out my old computer and fix it BEFORE you transferred to my new one. You DID NOT do that. It is the wose mess I've ever seen. I'll bring it down!

HP is my computer of choice. I purchase their products again and again. I absolutely loved this laptop but within a month of purchasing, the sound stopped working. I was able to use headphones but the speakers did not function. I take exceptional care of my electronics so there were no bumps, drops, or liquids involved. I ran all the required diagnostics and when I called HP to tell them a local speaker was unplugged, per the diagnostic, they kept me on the phone for three and a half hours just to find out the same thing I had already told them. I was going to send them my laptop but I use it for work and for my daughters school work and they said repairs would take over a month. Eventually my IT guy looked at it and found the same issue that I did. But what he also discovered was that there were many computer reviews mentioning the Bang & Olufsson sound system (not just HP) where the owners had serious issues. One of my co=workers had to return a different laptop with the same sound system. Bit by bit, every portion of my sound began to fail... the microphone, etc. So I gave in and took the laptop to Best Buy, who in turn sent it to HP. HP has had it for ten days but have not begun working, which I understand due to the holidays. Every other feature of this laptop was exceptional. The build is beautiful. The processors are lightning fast. All of my programs and peripheral items (like my drawing pad) worked like a charm. The touch screen is responsive. You can run multiple programs at once and not see lag on any of them. I really love this laptop. I am just asking HP to do better. As soon as the manufacturer defect of the sound system was discovered, purchasers should have been notified and offered a replacement. Waiting a month or more to get a device back or potentially being offered a store credit when the device has sharply increased in price, is simply unacceptable. I am giving three stars only because of the sound system and the customer service provided by HP, which was sorely lacking. Otherwise, this laptop is excellent. I will update this post when I discover the result of my repair.

Returned laptop with in a week, not working properly.

Since opening it runs at 100% disk space. Laptop is not usable.

It is amazing in every kind of way. Long battery life amazing color and speed. Highly recommend this item

As the only one in my household using the HP laptop, it was exactly what I was looking for.

Bought this computer in 2021. Works great. Currently, the right back side seems to be coming apart. I'll have to see if the Geek Squad can fix it.

Wow! The screen resolution is amazing!!! The speed is super fast, keyboard is lighted, touchscreen. My Garmin loves the speed! Super fast!!!! Price point is right in the middle, not to cheap, not to expensive......great laptop!

Very happy with the performance, ease-of-use. Especially happy with the camera it improved my zoom meetings by over 100%. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something that size and with all the fire power in it.

Bought my HP Envy on Black Friday in 2019 for my wife. First time she used it was in Jan 2020. It started overheating and the fan made horrible sounds and died in May 2020. Sent it to HP for a month to repair. Then in Feb 2021 it would just sit at the HP logo screen for hours and we were unable to restart it because the power button would not work. We have to unplug it for 6 hours and wait for the battery to die and hope that it starts. If not, we have to repeat the process. It is the most unreliable piece of junk I have ever owned. When I called HP they said it only had a 12 month warranty. I told them I used it for less than that due to the repairs and they could not care less. You would think for $1200 you could get a solid year out of it. Nope, not with an HP. My work Lenovo, on the other hand, has been bulletproof for 5 years. What was I thinking buying HP.

Easy to set up, fairly easy to understand. Portability excellent.
