I like everything about since I have been using it, about a month. The only thing I have noticed and don't like is the SD card reader slot you just slide it in but is a real pain to get back out. I have had to get a pair of needle nose pliers to be able to grab it and remove it from slot. I'm not sure if it is supposed to be spring loaded, meaning you push it in till it clicks and push it in again to get it to pop out. Performance is just fine for me and have no issues at all with the unit overall.

We have been purchasing this model of HP for over a year and are very pleased. We have probably purchased 15 to 20 and we have never had a manufacturer defect. Touch screens, audio, all of the ports and drives have been totally solid. Our customers all love them as well. The newest version with the 11th Generation i7 is lightning fast. Great option to a desktop.

Overall, it meets my needs. It is a bit heavier than I prefer, and if I put much weight from arm near left side of touch pad, the touch pad doesn't work (there is a slight warp). It was an open box item, so perhaps that is the little hiccup I get for saving a few hundred dollars. I have learned to work around it. It is sleek, fast enough, love the quick on/off, and large 17 inch screen. Camera is wide angle and unadjustable though, which I dislike. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

I purchased the HP-Envy17.3 in March 2021. I'm very happy with its ease of use. One of the best features is the touch Screen. They keyboard has a great touch. I am still exploring all the features. I enjoy how big and bright the monitor is. I have already recommended this laptop to all my friends and family members. Thank you for a great product!

Great laptop for my editing needs as a photographer

Excellent for my personal use at home. This laptop replaced my 2014 Velocity pc . So much faster with clearer and cleaner graphics. I'm really enjoying my HP Envy, I'm up in age and the 17.3" screen and backlite board makes it soooo much easier to use. I know that my choice, the HP Envy laptop was the right one for me. I highly recommend the HP Envy..

This laptop was easy to set up. Great picture and touch screen

This laptop is exactly what I needed. It improved my productivity and ability to meet with my students while using numerous applications at the same time. I made sure to have an ethernet connection and all has been good thus far. The touch screen is a definite plus as well.

I purchased this laptop to replace my Lenovo laptop which was damaged in a fire. I didn't expect to be as pleased with this laptops performance but I was pleasantly surprised. the buttons on the keyboard allowed for smooth typing, the laptop boots up quickly, and more importantly, the wi-fi adapter connects right away and stays that way until you disconnect. It displays beautiful an vibrant colors and is the perfect size for viewing without having to squint. Lastly, the price made it very affordable.

I love it! It's powerful enough to run the virtual labs I need for school while still being quiet. The sleek design and backlight on the keyboard are nice touches. I also really appreciate the camera shutter. It does everything I need and has exceeded my expectations. Definitely happy with this mother's day gift!

I purchased this laptop for the large screen, and I like the newly designed power button. But unlike the previous model, it lacks a port to direct connect a modem, nor does it have an internal DVD drive. So far this laptop has performed well, equal to the previous model. My biggest concern is that my previous, nearly identical laptop failed much, much sooner than I expected, and it would not surprise me if this one were to do likewise.

Very nice product, smooth transition from old device to this one. I am not a good IT person, so it is helpful when you have a device that will help you through set up and transferring data. Speed great, graphics wonderful and battery power better than expected.

What's not to like? Very fast and love the big screen

Laptop is very fast. Quick to start after powering up. I like the backlit keyboard and convenience of the touch screen. Keyboard keys feel good when typing. Screen images are sharp. Cannot vouch for battery life since it is plugged in all the time. Overall no problems at all.

I love everything about it!! Easy to set up, fast yet extremely quiet!! You can barely tell when the fan is running. Excellent battery life and optimal output. Laptop is sleek and lightweight allowing for easy travel. Processor is faster than I expected. Overall in love with my laptop.
