We purchased this to replace an older HP laptop which was failing. We love the large screen as we are in our seventies and this size is perfect. We use it to watch videos on painting, as we are both artists. Also use for financial work and new Office software makes this easy too.

I purchased the HP Envy 17.3 Touch-Screen Laptop and it was very easy to set up right out of the box. I've had it for just over a month now and no issues. Love the speed it has because I am always multi-tasking between apps, the large screen and backlit keyboard. It's a keeper!

Had no problems with this laptop so far, extremely quick with great quality. Very stylish and overall a good laptop to buy. I originally had a 15” ryzen version but the black color and audio issues (that was apparent in ryzen models) made me return it. This one is much better.

We are loving the HP Envy 17.3" Touch-Screen Laptop. As you get older things are harder to see and feel, so the larger screen makes it so much easier to read and the larger keypad is awesome!

I am not a computer geek. But it is so fast. I also reallu like the key board which was the main reason I choice this model. I work from home. So i didnt want a small mini board. I wanted full size in a thin beautiful compact case.

Main thing I noticed is the speed of connecting to sites. I've always had Geed Squad prep computers for me. This time had to pick-up. Was very confusing to set up. So many bells & whistles. Haven't set up the built in Alexa yet. So far very happy.

I have had my computer for a few months now, I use it for business and personal use! So far it has given me nothing to complain about! I like the screen visibility and touch screen makes it much more convenient. Richelle

This seems to live up to expectations. No major issues with this other than my own lack of technological skills. Most concerns are software related, not with the computer itself. Seems like a good choice for me and my needs.

I want to make sure that everyone knows that I love love this laptop! It's so easy to function and work with! Where has it been all this time! I couldn't ask for a better computer! Love it I highly recommend it!

Super fast...great resolution...geek squad was awesome transferring files from old laptop to this one...plus I got 150 bucks gift certificate for getting Best Buy card...time for that 65 inch SONY TV TJ

Super fast, easy to navigate, and loaded with software that you need. Great purchase for the price. Geek squad did a outstanding job loading my software.

This laptop is incredibly fast. It has a solid construction. It has a fabulous picture quality. It was easy to set up. It is definitely user friendly.

I really like this lap top. I haven't had it very long yet so I am still getting used to it. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have the right and left "mouse" bars with the touch pad.

Purchased 17.3 HP as that is the size laptop I like. I have Geek Squad membership and they transferred everything from my Dell and got me set up. Very similar to me previous Dell Computer

Very nice laptop and love the touch screen. Only issue is the sound when on zoom. People say we sound muffled at times but not all the time. We are trying to fix on our own but will call geek squad if we can’t fix. Love the key board and how fast this laptop is.

Really fast to start and upload data, beautiful screen detail and color. Nice looking, and thin profile. Very happy with this product and the Geek Squad support to set it up and transfer data.

A great improvement over my previous HP Envy laptop. This one is thinner, more lightweight, and turns on and off very rapidly. Once again, love the touch-screen feature and the ease of use.

Great Christmas present for my wife. She loves the speed and with her working a few days out of the week at home, she needed this. She is surprised how fast it is compared to her older laptop.
