I love the speed of this laptop! Bought Dell brand in the past, but due to lack of inventory I bought an HP.

I am very happy with my HP Envy. It's a bit pricy but I wanted a laptop that would last for many years and I expect this HP Envy to do just that.

this laptop is amazing, I love the big screen, it is touch so it is much easier and super fast great for fun or business.

My son loves this computer. The screen is large enough to see what he needs to for his school work and is also able to watch movies as well.

An excellent laptop so far. I am enjoying using it. It's the first laptop that I have owned that has a touch screen. It is a very good laptop.

Exchanged the 15.6-inch model for this one because the 15.6-inch seemed too small. My previous HP Envy lasted around three years; hope this one goes a bit longer.

Such a wonderful computer. If I had one complaint it's that there's no stylus that works with this model. But that's on HP not Best Buy.

Beautiful screen, incredible graphics and so much memory space! Loved the touch screen and fingerprint swnsor as well.

I gave 5 stars for the design and functionality of this laptop. I use it for work, and it handles a lot of multi-tasking very well.

I love the large screen. The touch screen is very responsive. The Best Buy comparison tool helped me decide which laptop I wanted.

Great laptop. Only cons are once in a while the fans run loud and there is only one ctrl key. It's on the left side. The one that should be on the right is replaced with the fingerprint key.

Fast and smooth operation, touchscreen is nice but probably use it more like a desktop to external monitors with wireless keyboard and mouse. If you will too, save some $$ and get the non-touchscreen version.

So far so good. I haven't seen any major issues. Browsing , software and system set up and update etc etc seems flawless. In addition , it's very Quite ! ( if this is a thing for u...) Other than that, my wireless mouse ( bought a month ago) movement keeps lagging on this pc vs the other one I use. I tried to delete all related device drivers and have win install via launch couple of times. I played around with the setting as well. Still see the lagging sporadically. Not yet annoying though.

This HP Envy Laptop is an extremely efficient device. I love the large computer screen when working on various documents.

Top of the line laptop. I purchased it to work from home. I need the larger screen. Really clear screen for Zoom meetings.

The new laptop has greatly helped our granddaughter with her at home schooling. The touch screen and size of screen are great.

So far, it is everything I expected as far as speed and connectivity. Im very pleased.

Extremely pleased with this laptop. Very quick...big lettering on keys for ease of typing...good looking and lightweight.
