It works great, I was having trouble with my last computer, and when I went to Best Buy and the expert on computers showed me what i needed after i explained what was happening with the old one. I received a computer, that is touch screen, has more, bells and Whistles on it, and to top it off it was on Sale $200 lower then the Original price. I am very impressed with this computer. I would Recommend the ENVY 17.3 Intel Core 12GB memory touch screen to anybody.

So far I have been very pleased with my new HP Envy laptop. I chose this particular computer for the USB ports offered with this model and for the HP quality built into their computers. Start-up is lightning fast, searches online are also very fast and I am overall very pleased. This computer out-performs the other computers that I have and I have not regretted buying this particular laptop for one minute. The size is perfect for my needs. The battery life has been good as well and I am currently getting approximately 8+ hours. I personally keep my computer plugged-in most of the time however, to make sure the battery stays fully charged at all times. Windows 11 was very easy to learn and the transition from Windows 10 was not an issue at all. As a matter of comparison, I did look at other laptops just to make sure that I bought the best product for my needs and this includes Dell laptops. I was turned-off by the Dell laptops due to lack of an adequate number of USB ports and the white letters on gray keys. This laptop has gray keys, but with black letters, which are much easier to see in most lighting conditions. Sound is also very good. I am very satisfied with my choice. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality laptop.

So far so good. Large clear screen Quick startup and runs multiple windows well. Runs cool and quiet. My only concern was on my first one I had for 3 months and the backlight went out on the screen and was given a new computer. Hopefully this one will do better. Time will tell.

This computer replaces an HP All-In-One computer that I have had since 2016. I have always purchased HP products and found them to be reliable. This laptop computer meets my needs in that it has a large 17" screen and has a lighted keyboard that is very functional and easy to navigate. I required a number pad and this has it. It starts up quickly and if quiet. It doesn't not seem to heat up like I thought that it might. I like the easy access to controls on the F keys.

It does what it is intended to do. I bought the device because I needed something quick. It was in stock. It's a little too big for my everyday use. In addition, there is something awkward about the keyboard. Normally I type pretty good, but on this device I often hit the wrong letters. The power button is in a weird place as well. While it's not a bad laptop, it I had to buy again, I would choose another one. On another note, my son loves it.

Purchased to replace an older, heavier laptop. This one is much faster and the graphics are wonderful.

The graphics on this laptop are amazing. It is really fast when loading and is definitely worth the price.

I bought this laptop to replace a 6 year old HP Envy that had slowed down considerably in the last year. I am very pleased with the speed and ease of use. Other reviewers mentioned having trouble seeing the letters on the keys but I don't experience that. The keyboard back lighting can be dimmed or turned off. I had to adjust the settings on fonts and what is on the taskbar to my liking but once that was accomplished I couldn't be more pleased.

I bought this for my husband, for business use, and so far we liked everything about it. The clarity of the screen. The functionality and the price. Loved the numeric keypad on the side which is what we are looking for since we deal with numbers 100% every day. The backlighting is a plus. We haven’t used the fingerprint reader yet as this would be used by me and him. The screen size is awesome. I highly recommend it for sure.

This Laptop is so customer friendly. It is lightweight and compact. A very large screen which is nice.
