I'm a dinosaur and therefore not yet used to touch screens, touch pads, etc. but the machine is great. The key to its speed is certainly the SSD, but there is enough RAM to juggle ten open browser windows doing different things. Highly recommended. I am frugal and take very good care my tools. This will last 8-10 yrs.

I love my new computer. Larger screen then what i normally buy but i love it and the graphics are great. I had an error code come up when i first turned it on to the desktop screen and it kept coming up but it has stopped now i don't know what happened but so far i haven't seen it again. Great buy though!

Great laptop for all your everyday work task and basic tasks alike

This product is fast, has plenty of storage. The size is phenomenal. I use this daily in my private practice and it is a time saver. It was so easy to set up and get started using it, there was minimal work to do on my part. Overall there is nothing that compares with this product, I wish I had known about this sooner.

Had the 15.6 screen size but had problems with the keyboard. Upgraded model us great!

We were looking for a laptop with both the i& core and a numeric keypad. This fit the bill. It's worked great since purchase. The only comments that haven't been positive that we've made have been the keys are spread out a little more than we are used to and the laptop weighs a little more than we expected.

It works great. No issues! I don't use the touch screen much since I don't think to but it's mice to know it will be there when I get in the habit of touching the screen. I have it set up with monitors and a mouse and keyboard so once I use it on the go I will probably use that feature.

Replacing an older model and it was an easy setup. It's fast and easy with the new Windows 11 already installed. Power button in a strange place next to the delete button but used to it quickly. Powers up fast and the finger print instead of facial recognition works every time. I would recommend it.

Bad keyboard Bad. The half-keys for the up and down arrows make this almost unusable. I am an adult, I don't have baby fingers. The lighted keyboard is terrible. If the light stayed on it wouldn't be as bad but it keeps going off. After about 6 months the sound goes up and down by itself. TOTALLY USELESS.

Love this computer. It is my third HP ENVY 17-inch computer. I love the large screen; the ease of use and the side number keys that the apple computer does not have. My old one still looks like new, so I will put it in my office and workspace and use my new one in the Livingroom.

This computer is fast! There are no craplets on the computer. There are only what I need. It comes with 3 months f Office 365. By then, I will buy the Office software and not need the annual bill. The fingerprint scan makes start up faster. This is my first non-work laptop, and I love it.
