Very pleased with this product. Once it boots up (a little slow), it seems to work at a good pace. i am still learning alot about Windows 11.
I love your options of movement, touch screen, pad or mouse. So happy with it that I went snd bought 2 more for our utility company.

I was reluctant to spend this much money on laptop but I'm glad I did. Powerful and fast machine. Boots up in seconds and you can get right to work. Easily handles large video files and any other multi-media.

I had a hard time getting started with the ENVY. The tech was not able to transfer my documents from my old computer and when I tried to setup new documents, I could
only do it by purchasing a program to accomplish it.
Not what I expected. Also I was assured I could print without physically connecting to my printer. Not so.

Really nice screen, not too heavy for a 17.3" laptop. Perfect for those that remote desktop, surf the web, reading email, word and excel. Only thing I did not like was the placement of the on button next to the delete button. Why didn't they place this outside the normal keyboard keys like older HP ENVY models hard to find at quick glace.

I am very pleased with the speed and functionality of my computer. My only complaint is the cost which sees unusually high for a laptop. However, when one is in need of a working computer, one has no choice but to pay the price what ever it is.

We've had HP computers before. This time we needed something that had more speed, storage and quicker response times. This one looked like it had everything we wanted and then some.

I love my new laptop. We had a little trouble finding all the stuff that was transferred from our old laptop but a member of the Geek Squad was extremely helpful. His name is Cody Stevens.

very nice picture and sound is great. the battery life is not what it is cracked up to be. i find it warning me several times during day that it is low and needs to be plugged in. i am not so sure it is worth what I paid for it.

Went in to buy a MacBook Pro and compared the two machines. Made this purchase because the MacBook looked so basic next to it. Touch screen, nice processor, sound, and graphics card.

It's everything that it's supposed to be. Excellent laptop for our daily video conferencing calls overseas and daily home office use. This is the fastest computer we have ever had. Outstanding laptop with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Pro.

Great laptop. Very nice looking, quick start up, great big touch screen. Not crazy about the power button location, but other than that it is my favorite HP so far. My last one lasted almost 10 years, lets hope this one will too.

My last laptop was a hp Pavillion, purchased in 2014. I was shocked at how fast this new ENVY was when compared to the old one.
All operations are lightning quick, and, just wait until we get fiber optic this summer.....

I have owned HP laptops and it appears that HP is on a downward spiral for the quality of their laptops. The trackpad is an ongoing problem on these laptops that goes back at least a decade and remains unaddressed. A recent change was including the power button in the group that resides above the number keys. They took something that was not broken on the laptop and they broke it. Instead of finding the power button with ease, when you get the new computer you have to go look for the power button. Why? HP laptops also have inadequate fans to keep them cool. I have had this laptop for 3 weeks or so and I am already starting to observe that the cooling system is inadequate. I purchased Microsoft Office and Webroot(used to be included with Best Buy Tech Support and established goodwill with the customers. This is no longer true). I was informed that the codes needed to install these were on my register receipt. However, the Best Buy employee that installed the register did it incorrectly so I did not have these codes right away. I wanted to use my computer right away so I installed Malwarebytes(no credit issued or help to install Malwarebytes or Microsoft Office). The HP computer has an excellent sound system which was a major reason for the purchase. However, the computer itself is poorly made and since I have owned it for less than a month and it is already getting warmer than it should, I expect that owning this computer is going to be a continuing source of stress and aggravation. HP includes tech support now. My last HP became so hot that it expanded and the case opened up so that the inner workings were exposed. I thought this was a one-time problem. The fan is definitely inadequate to cool this computer that is called ENVY!! I am almost a month into owning this newer version and perhaps they should rename the product Aggravation. It is clear that this computer will has problems that will worsen with age if I can see them at three weeks.

Great laptop. Good value for the price. Just needed a laptop that can do a lot of multi tasking. This definitely does the job. Sleek design. Nice size screen. I guess I need the bigger screen due to my age.

Love this laptop. The screen and quality is great. You can lock it with you finger, a number, or a letter password! It’s fast, it downloads quickly. I would recommend this laptop to anyone.
