Nice laptop. It is a little larger than some people like but that is what you get when you want the 10 key and a good size monitor.

Easy and fun to use. Love the touchscreen! Using it with a wireless mouse and it feels like a computer.

this is a very reliable, large screen laptop. A little heavier than I wanted, but I need the large screen... always trade-off

Issues aside, I would be more than satisfied with this laptop. I like the size of the screen and the clarity of the images. I like that it boots quickly and overall runs quickly. I don't like that it seems to have little cooling capability for the fact that it comes with a dedicated graphics card. My issue comes from the fact that it randomly freezes. This can be VERY inconvenient when working on it. I checked the reliability monitor in Win10 to discover that one culprit may have been an HP program used for network connectivity. I disabled it in services. For a while, I did not have an issue. Then 5 minutes ago happened. The reliability monitor only stated that windows had shutdown improperly..... yeah due to the laptop freezing up again. I have also tried doing several factory resets. Current I am running some component tests. I will probably be sending this laptop off to HP during the semester break.

I bought this 3 weeks ago to replace a 5 year old 17" HP laptop. So far, I'm very pleased. It's lighter and thinner than my old laptop, most likely because this has a solid state drive instead of the standard hard drive. I also like the speakers and accompanying app from B&O much better than the Beats setup on my old HP. Hopefully I don't have the same problem with system updates deleting the sound app like my old HP.

I'm extremely satisfied with this laptop. It is beyond awesome! Love the design and performance.

•the mousepad “clicks” when engaged, this can be annoying in “library / study hall” type settings. suggestion: Loose The Click- •Other than the aforementioned issue, this would be a good value if the 1st year of MS Office 365 & the 1st year of “Total Tech Support” by Geek Squad was part of the charged purchase price. this is the reason for the 50% rating. We’re all not made of money like Bill Hewlett & David Packard.

Easy to set up and use. Like the new features. Looking forward to having it for a long time.

I'm working on the third HP in the last couple of weeks. One broke down one week after I got it. The second one broke down when I picked it up at the store. Third time's the charm, I hope. Too soon to review because I still don't have everything hooked up and loaded. That hopefully will happen Monday when I have yet another home appointment with a Geek squad tech. And, of course, another charge which I paid for on the first visit before that computer went bad and I lost all of my software which the tech had set up. Now he will do the same thing again and I will pay again for the same service due to no fault of mine.

Super fast, disk drive for rewriting/ burning disk, touch screen, did I mention super fast?
