I haven't done much with it. I don't use Window 10 on a regular basis so haven't used a lot of the options. So far though I really like it. The keyboard positioning is great. The clarity of the screen is outstanding. I haven't run into any issues loading things, slowness, etc. I am really pleased with it.

I have had a 14 inch, a 15 inch i5, and now a 17 inch i7. They have come a long way with the 17 inch, the old ones were big and heavy, this is not much heavier then my 15 inch and it is fast, great for streaming. I like it more every day, the lighted key board, the switch for the camera, and great sound.

Bought a similar version of this laptop (17M-CE0013DX) in June 2019, less than 2-years ago. Battery life is now under 30 minutes. The video card cannot be upgraded. The device will occasionally freeze up and be unresponsive for extended periods of time. The touch screen is mediocre. The mouse pad is difficult to use especially for right clicks. The speakers are strong. It's uncomfortable to have the laptop open in my lap because the back edge of the screen rotates down and digs into my legs. It took me weeks to figure out that I had accidentally toggled off the video with the switch on the side of the laptop. When I tried to use my webcam the computer simply couldn't find the device. Once learned, not forgotten, but a simple message saying that the camera is disabled, rather than device not found, would have saved me hours of hunting for a solution.

I am pleased thus far with the options and speed. I would recommend.

Perfect screen size. Love the key board layout with number keys on the side.

We have had this PC for a few years now and has performed reliably. No new to buy the extended warranty if you do not intend to be moving the unit around too much. Screen quality is good, sound/internal speakers are not the greatest. For some reason, periodically looses HDMI connection to external monitor and have to unplug and plug in to reconnect. Not sure if Microsoft or the laptop.

It works as intended, it fast and solid. I am using it as a desk-top.
