the only thing is that you can't tell if number lock is on..other computer would show num lock would lite up. a lot of extras to help maybe not so computer saavy folk such as myself and it was on sale plus 18 months int free finance. I couldn't go wrong

Your staff is sooo smart! I took my computer in because it was getting weird pages and I was unable to log-in to my accounts after downloading ad-blocking programs. He uninstalled them and the computer works perfectly again. It took him less than five minutes. I get great service every time I go in. They are wonderful!

Love the new HP Envy. I love the size, the quickness and the screen. I’ve had it for about 6 weeks. It did take a little time getting used to the keyboard and how responsive/ sensitive it is. It is heavy to carry around, but I bought it mainly for a desktop computer that would be easily mobile and it’s perfect for that.

Love it. Still getting used to how fancy it is. Touch screen is way cool

Great laptop, really fast and great video picture!

Better than my old Lenovo Yoga 2 11 bought in 2015. The Lenovo was at its End Of Life and was not updating to the latest Windows 10 1903 version. Finally migrated almost all of my data and files. Happy with the SSD and Updated Laptop. Maybe HP will last longer. Wish things would last longer/efficiently.

It took a lot of hunting around to find a 17.3 laptop with a DVD drive in it! Developers must think we don't need something anymore and that is the way it goes. Thanks to HP for staying with it!!

I purchased my laptop and also purchased a “Geek Squad” plan. I received prompt notifications that the computer was received and assigned to a Geek Squad member. I thought wow, I look forward to getting it back in a day or two. I waited almost a week and finally went into the store to find out where my computer was. The first think they do is want you to make an appointment. I was discussed by what I felt was poor treatment of a paying customer. I finally asked a non-busy geek if he could see why I was waiting almost a week and still had not been called. He went back into the work room and came out a few minutes later with the complete computer. The paperwork indicated that the work had been completed on around day two and the computer that I purchased because I needed it sat on the shelf because no one called me. You can imagine I was mad and felt ripped off because I could have done the installation myself in a much shorter time.

We expected to have a difficult time going from 7 to windows 10 but were pleasantly surprised it was smooth transition with the HP Envy laptop. The Geek squad gave us a one on one guidance after our purchase and this computer is user friendly-----we aren't computer geeks so this was a nice happening!

This is my second HP Envy and I loved them all. Fast and reliable.
