This notebook computer has functioned very well, has proven speedy in terms of performance, and is much more elegant in appearance than most such computers. In addition, the visual quality of the screen is quite nice, and the keyboard is quiet and operates smoothly.

Best computer i have ever owned. To bad its discontinued, All Features and Bio Metrics are amazing. Bitlocker is not a good thing but can be removed. the SSD processing speeds are Insane and the ease of use and Screen resolution is impeccable.

The computer was great, fast, user friendly with lots of extras like finger scan. I couldn't get the hpwrite to work. I ended up returning the laptop because the downsize was it was pretty heavy for daily toting back and forth for college classes. Exchanged for another HP, I have great luck with HP.

I had an HP Pavillion that lasted 9 years despite kids, moving, getting dropped, and used everyday. When time came to get a laptop i thought about others but why? This one is much lighter, and better in every way. Plus, they gave me 10% extra for a birthday month purchase.

I've owned this machine almost a month now & love every aspect of it.. It's quick & easy to get things done.. Screen quality is great.. I bought this purely to do embroidery digitizing & I'm not disappointed.

Heeded to upgrade my laptop and wanted larger screen and easy to learn. Got all my wishes with this laptop. Slightly intimidated by new technology, but between the sales associate at Best Buy and the Geek Squad, I made the absolute correct decision.

This computer has been a very nice addition to my digital family. I really enjoy the security of the fingerprint reader. Light escapes Between the keys and combined with the very thin font, it’s actually easier to see the keys with the light off.

Excellent machine, love the illuminated keyboard! Software is missing Adobe Reader and should be packaged with this machine. Windows 10 runs smoothly but requires too much information. Overall a joy to use and compare to less cushy laptops. Sleek design, lightweight and overall well designed.

We bought two of these laptops right before the Covid shut down. Used by employees working remotely from home. They were real reliable and a lifesaver getting work done.Have built-in number keyboard which are accountants loved.

I appreciate its low weight and portability; I bring this to 3 different classrooms a day. I haven't had any operational issues. It starts programs quickly and runs many different applications other than Microsoft software.

My original computer was an HP, and when I opted for a new one this year, I knew I wanted another. I love the feel of these keys, and their placement makes typing a lot easier. I'm looking forward to enjoying this computer as much as my other.

an excellent no worry process. the salesman new his equipment and didnt rush me and showed me different versions to pick from. great attitude and no pressure. the installers knrw exactly what they were doing and friendly and informative,

I have had surgery & been in the hospital and rehab since shortly after this purchase. Therefore, I haven’t gotten to use my new laptop much, but like it so far & am looking forward to using it more & learning more about all it can do.

Only had this laptop for a month but it is excellent! I really love it. It has the size monitor I was looking for, lots of memory, and does everything I need it to do and more. I would absolutely recommend this laptop to friends and family!

I love this laptop. Easy to use . Is a bit heavy to carry around but then I am a old lady. Young people should have no problems. I do wish the keyboard had different color lights. It is hard to see with the light that is default.

I bought this computer to replace another HP Envy which I loved. This one is comparable but the processor speed is faster. It has been easy to learn the new windows 10 os and easy to transition overall - A great computer

This is a great laptop. The only problem I've had is that a couple of times it would update and restart but would take over an hour to restart. I thought the computer was fried but it eventually started up and ran fine.

I had a laptop exactly like this prior to the one I have now and I loved it which is why I got another just like it. (Replacement was totally my fault. Dumped a Diet Coke in it.) Can't go wrong.

still getting acquainted with the mechanic and works. having some difficulties with WIFI connections, geek squad set up my mail incorrectly so have to go back again (third time) to them correct that.

Great replacement for my last HP Laptop. That one worked for 3 yrs and then the screen tried to separate from the frame. Hope this one last longer because it works great right now. Wish they still came with Office and that didn't cost $150 to purchase.
