This is an awesome laptop, so glad I made the purchase. The HD quality is great, the sound is great, and I love the ability to multi task on more than one thing by minimizing the screens but continued access to all.

I’ve had this laptop for a little over a year. It’s ok - and I mean just ok. It has an issue where if it sits for a couple of days it inexplicably displays a black screen and the power button won’t engage unless you hold it down for at least a minute. The WiFi adapter needs reset frequently. It’s really not for anything except everyday browsing, and even with that it struggles. For what I paid for this laptop, I expected better. HP is off my list of brands to purchase for computing. They make good printers, should have stuck with that.

Former laptop burned out after 9 years & I couldn't find another like it.. Always wanted an Envy & the sale price convinced me to try it. Glad I did.!

It is very hard to see the keyboard depending on the lighting within the room. Would prefer that the keyboard keys not be silver. Didn't think it would be a problem but it is at times.

I have used many brands and I always tend to get UP for my personal computers. I am doing geneology and copying family photos/slide and this provides a lot of space. So far this is easy to use. Love it.

I already had an HP Spectre, in which I originally was deciding between envy and spectre for college and after enjoying my original laptop for school, I found the bigger screen envy perfect for home use

My 91 year old father in law purchased and he uses it daily. It was difficult for him to learn How to use a new laptop, but one member of the geek squad was patient with him in going over it’s features. Thank you!

I had a Dell Laptop and every time I turned it on it was making me update, which takes time a lot of time. My new HP Envy has updates but not taking 20 plus minutes to update, which I'm loving.

They are the best. Always helpful and friendly to older client who needs almost everything about getting a new computer and transferring things from the old computer. This is a GReat Service.

On 2nd or 3rd startup after purchase the software updates from Microsoft and Invidia fill up the 32gb drive and there is no place to go. Geek Squad suggested reseting, that didn't work. The squad then suggested and did totally initialize my laptop and installed Office 365 again from my Microsoft account and used my 3rd of 3 that I had purchased for my old laptop, new laptop and I-Pad. Wasn,t a pleasant experience. Hank

I GAVE THIS LAPTOP TO MY COLLEGE BOY, HE INSTANTLY FALL IN LOVE TO IT. HE USES IT FOR HIS MUSIC CLASSES AS WELL AS ENTERTAINMENT AND VIDEO GAMES IN HIS COLLEGE LIFE.

So much faster than my old HP pavilion! Keys are a little slippery and take some getting used to. Touch pad is different from what im used to also but easy to use after a few days

My first time owning a HP laptop must say the best choice I make, would recommend anyone next time thinking to get a laptop HP Envy.

Stylish, fast and dependable. Sturdy materials and nice backlit keyboard. I generally don't use the touchscreen, but it works well. This is a very nice computer and I love it!

Lots of unanswered questions when I bought a new Lap Top Computer. Questions were especially directed toward the latest Microsoft software that was installed! Have had to spend several hours reorienting myself with Microsoft Excel and word! Should have installed small business applications instead of Student and home additions I think! Hope to be able to sit down with a Geek technician and go over all that I purchased in the near future! The HP Envy app. appears to be a good computer, but has a keyboard that has faint lettering that you can hardly see! Still have some tech questions about the Computer!

I just ABSOFREAKINLUTELY LOVE my HP Laptop!! So glad I invested in it!! Now my husband wants the same one, TOP OF THE HP LINE!! Has a Smart Screen also!

Keyboard is white on sliver. No contrast and had to put stick on letters to be able to see them.

I've always had HP laptops but recently the haven't been the best. The battery always goes down super fast and can't seem to fix it.
