Great laptop. Even had a cd/dvd rom for those rare occasions you need it. Convenient. definitely recommend this laptop to anyone not in the market to spend on costly Mac.

This is a nice big screen laptop for a reasonable price for the specs. The 12GB of RAM really set it apart from other similar laptops with 8GB. It's a little big to carry around but a solid desktop replacement.

Previously owned HP pavilion with windows 7. Think windows 7 more user friendly . Bought this computer due to end of updates to windows 7 in the near future. Anyway, having issues with transferring picture files from old computer. Having difficulty showing thumbnails of picture files. Also having problems with finger print reader recognizing finger prints. I more often end up using password to log on instead of finger print reader due to not recognizing finger prints. Also a black command screen pops up randomly and disappears for no apparent reason. Googled this issue to find out it is a windows 10 programing issue. I suppose if you us your computer for gaming, that this would be a great annoyance! The calculator keyboard does not always work. Not sure if all these issues are HP or windows 10 problems???? Maybe a little buyers remorse or just disappointed with windows 10 operating system. Don't know, maybe I should had bought an Apple computer?

Love my new HP Envy! I thought my old was nice, this one is even better. The SSD is fast, the screen is crisp and clear, and there are enough plugins for all my devices.

Wish the keyboard were black with white letters. Silver on silver is hard to see quickly.

It's been a workhorse for me, between home to remote locations, it's been great. Picture and sound quality is great, processing speed is awesome.

Works fast. Start up is really quick. You need to shut down instead of sleep or fingerprint doesn’t work. It is a joy to use. Pages open quickly. Would recommend

Excellent computer. Fast, nice bright display, keyboard works well and the 10 key section is a good addition.

My previous laptop suddenly died so I had to upgrade. It was time to learn a new program. I’m old so learning is a bit challenging but I expect to master it soon

Needed a quick reference on the inputs/outputs and startup guide. After searching web for help I found my kindle had reference books on windows 10 that explained a lot. (Windows 10 for Dummies etc).

I loved everything about this laptop. My only issue, really it could have been my husband who messed this up, is it no longer reads the fingerprint. I don't know if it was accidentally turned off?

To date, performs all functions very well on pretty much everything I have tried to do, although I feel I paid double what I should have paid for a laptop.

Big screen, and speedy unit. It is a bit heavy with the larger screen but all units are at this size. It is still an excellent and speedy unit

This laptop is just what I was looking for. It has a great display, great speed and I love the bluetooth

No issues with this other than the fingerprint logon it a tad glitchy and likes to shut itself off. No real issues with it to date

I got this laptop to take an online class and for everyday use. I love the sleek look and it is very easy to use. The size is perfect and portable.

Computer operation is great, boots very fast . Has an awesome picture, colors are very sharp crisp and clear. Hard to read keys are are the only bad thing, other wise great computer.

Even tho this laptop is bigger than normal makes it easier for my husband and I to transition from a desktop...it’s best feature: it’s portable

Not being computer savvy, I should not have purchased this laptop. Don't get me wrong, I got it for a good price, but learning how to navigate my way using this thing has not been easy. First of all, I set up using my fingerprint to log in and it has denied my access at least three times. Secondly, the keyboard is very sensitive and things tend to disappear. Last, but certainly not least, I can't download apps that I have on my (android) phone. It is fast, but when you really don't know what your doing, what good is that.
