    I decided to spend a little extra money and get a "nice" laptop. This one has had issue after issue. I am very gentle with my electronics, but I've already had to order a replacement O key. Also, the computer likes to randomly die in sleep mode. No fix from Windows. Look for something else.

    I like everything about this laptop except the fact that when I took it home, it didn't work! The good news is that being under warranty, HP is fixing it at their service center. I don't have it back yet and I have not had a chance to really use it yet. So for now this is really all I can say about it.

    I haven't even had the laptop for two months and already it had to be sent out due to a bad hard drive. I am so thrilled I purchased the protection even though I thought it was costly. I will be without my laptop for 2 to 4 weeks which is a total inconvenience. It happens but it still is very discouraging.

    The screen looks gorgeous and the unit operates fine. I wanted a 17" screen with a dedicated numeric pad. The touchscreen is difficult to use as you have to reach over the keypad as the screen does not fold over. I also miss having back-lit keys.
