A really great computer. I’ve had this thing long enough to use it and so far it’s more than living up to its positives. The screen is plenty big, big boots fast and runs well, I have had a load Microsoft 365 a couple of times but it seems to be related to updates from Microsoft. This has been a great purchase. It is lightweight and has a DVD drive which can be tough to find these days. The screen display is very clear and the touch screen technology is convenient.

After months of research and comparison with other computers, we found the HP - Envy 17.3 fit our demands. It had a larger screen, the desired memory, and a CD drive. We are satisfied.

But I did not get my intro course to my computer by the geek squad as I should have. I purchased the extra member coverage but was never treated as such. The computer is probably pretty good but I am not sure at this poibt.

This has what I'm looking for. Large screen, 10 key key-pad, light keyboard. I do find it strange that the F2 key can only function in excel after hitting the fn key. I'm going to have to find out if I can change that.

I bought this laptop for my husband’s architectural and construction business. I has the power for his CAD drawings and the split screen makes it easy to do his drawings. Great product.

Has all the power needed for a serious desktop replacement. Great value and lightening fast. My last HP laptop lasted 8 years and this one may outlast that one. Worth every penny.

This laptop is great for the older senior user. Has a nice larger screen and keyboard is not too small. Very fast at loading programs.

The big 17" screen is big and clear and the colors are bright. This laptop is fast and the battery lasts a long time. I love the fingerprint scanner! It makes it so easy to sign in.

I like the screen size and that it is a touch screen. Lot of differences from tower type computer, Had trouble with setting up email, but not the fault of the computer. Boots up quickly and also shuts down quickly.

This PC responds quickly with excellent picture quality! Highly recommend this HP pc! I really enjoy the light up keyboard. The sound quality is great too.

This laptop has a large screen, so can be used essentially as a desktop, but has the flexibility of a portable system. The touchscreen and other features compliment it well.

I love that it has a 17 inch screen. It makes things easier to see. I use the touchscreen quite a bit. A great feature. Also the lighted keyboard helps alot in dimly lit places.

Love this computer. Setting up was a breeze and I’m amazed at the speed. I’ve had great success running multiple programs at the same time without issue. Highly recommend.

Love the speed of this HP Envy laptop. Just wish the media player was easier to use. Keeps telling me to change the region when trying to play a dvd. The region is set correctly. Overall happy with this laptop!

Purchased this as my work laptop and could not be happier! It's got a lovely touch screen feature; I love the large screen size for work and it's got plenty of memory.

This laptop has it all - performance and every feature one could want with a screen big enough you don't have to squint to view! I'm well pleased with this purchase.

I had an issue with the Windows security update which crashed the computer during setup. I returned it to Best Buy and they made the situation right. For the most part, the set up is easy and quick.

I had to replace my old one and this is one laptop that has everything that I require in a laptop. It's fast, has the backlit keyboard the resolution is outstanding.

I am thrilled with this laptop. The I7 chip is really fast. The touch screen is very responsive. The display is bright and clear. I like the larger screen.
