Bought this for my 80 yo mother and even though she has a learning curve, as her tech support I'm very happy! Upgraded from an old desktop with Windows 8 that I hated. This is such a nice machine. Sleek, lightweight, fast, nice laptop for the money on sale.

Love the 2 in 1 Hp Envy. It runs fast and is easy to use. Updating and changing browsers or other software is easy. Keyboard lights up. Touch screen is fast and sturdy. The only reason i gave it 4 stars is bc it dios not have the number keyboard, which i use all the time while working on my desktop for work.

So far it works well with decent fresh rate. It is suitable for the or purpose. Good size and light weight

This laptop is good, not great. It's a perfect size for travel and I like the option to flip it into a tablet. The performance is ok. If you need fast processing or a lot of storage, this isn't the unit for you.

I am very pleased with this laptop computer. The keys are very light to the touch . This is my first touchscreen computer and I am loving the ease of use. I am also impressed with the length of the battery life. (I was only getting about two hours on my old computer.) If you are looking for a compact touchscreen laptop I recommend HP Envy 360.

I wanted a small, lightweight yet powerful laptop for mostly general business use. This HP exceeded all my expectations in performance: Display quality, speed, support, etc. all top shelf. Plenty of memory and graphics performance is better than I anticipated.

Have been using this laptop for over 6 months and it's been the best experience so far. I looked at several i7s with SSD and nowhere found such amazing deal. Got it at an amazing price. The sleek and lightweight design makes it easy to carry anywhere. Use it for business work and been a smooth ride.

I love this computer I was actually considering rebuying it despite it failing on me, but I decided to ultimately pass it up in the end. The features of the computer and its quality was great but its issue resulted in me taking it to Geek Squad to later be refunded. I bought my computer in Febraruary and used it in its regular mode and tablet very frequently. In the beginning of August the very same year, my taskbar began to jump and in this case it wasn't a display issue but instead an internal issue. The diagnosis Geek Squad gave my computer was that something may be internally pinching my hinges causing my computer to think it was in tablet mode, hence the taskbar jumping (it would be at its normal size then enlarge outside of the normal displaying view). After looking through the reviews on this computer I saw that many people had issues with their hinges; stating it suddenly broke despite the quality care they'd given it. Ultimately, I figure this must be an issue with the model. It definitely sucked to be told they could not find the parts to fix my computer.
