I love this computer!! is is light weight and is easy to navigate. I only wish for the price point that the speakers were louder. I take it to the beach all the time and I am able to see with direct sun light hitting it. The battery life is also really good. I chose the 2 -1 laptop/ tablet combo. I personally haven't used the tablet much but if you read Ebook and such i can see where it would be helpful I take my computer everywhere and I love it.

LOVE this laptop. Replaced it from a prior version that was much larger. The older one kept sliding off my lap and falling on the floor and I finally stepped on it and ruined it. LOVE the touchscreen, and the flip feature. So much easier to tap with fingers than use a mouse or the touchpad. It's just the right size, not heavy and will travel well. I should have bought this version in the first place! Very Happy!

I bought this laptop 2-1 because i went back to school and wanted something portable, lightweight, and powerful so that i could multi-task. After studying the specs of all the different types of laptops that BestBuy had to offer, the HP Envy with an i7 core was the best out there for the money. BTW if anyone is looking to buy a new laptop i will tell you the 2 best times to buy one while on sale or for the best price is right as school starts up for students (mid August- beginning of September). The second best time would be during the holiday season. Black Friday to Christmas (end of November - End of December) This laptop has everything from speed to HD screen clarity. Powerful enough to play games with large download files, even the black-lit keyboard is amazing with a futuristic glow! The was a bit worried about the size of the laptop with it being a 13.3, but i loved that feature more than i loved my old 15.6 size laptop. it made it more portable and offered and ease that you look for in most laptops, and lets be honest, when the laptop is only a foot in front of you, you don't realize notice a size difference at all. The processor speed is i believe a 4.7gighrz which makes jumping from project to project a breeze. The best addition i will mention is the look of the laptop. It has an aluminum casing in a slight golden hue to it, when holding it, you can tell it's a solid machine that isn't likely to break at the drop. I received many compliments on this, and everyone assumed it cost me thousands.

First of all, I primarily use this laptop for online university courses, YouTube, and my kids homework assignments and online classes. We use the web browser and Microsoft word primarily. The speed is fine for what we use it for. The sound quality is clear and plenty loud for video and music. It is light weight but sturdy. It easily fits into a backpack. I can charge my phone from it using my phone charger cord and it charges very quickly. The computer battery lasts as expected and charges quickly. The charger cord is a good length. The only cons I’ve had so far are with the touchscreen. While I love the convenience, we often accidentally close programs or web browser when adjusting the how open or closed the laptop is. My preschooler uses the laptop for her online school and primarily uses the touch screen, but often accidentally closes everything when adjusting the screen. This feature is tricky especially for young kids and probably for people with any sort of manual dexterity problems. Maybe there’s a solution to this problem, but I haven’t figured it out. I mix having a keypad to the side and wish it had that feature. Another thing that isn’t a big issue, but it doesn’t look nearly as gold or rose gold or “light gold” in person as in the pictures. It barely doesn’t look silver to me. Don’t get this expecting it to look like a soft gold. It’s a very very soft gold I guess. I would likely get it again.

This laptop is very portable. It is light weight and compact. I was worried the screen would be to small when I bought it but it is very easy to see and read. I enjoy being able to watch shows while it is in tablet mode. The one criticism I would have would be when your outside trying to work or watch tv it shows your reflection so you can't see the screen.

I think this product is very good and would buy it again. It has great speed, low noise, super super thin and light weight. Pretty much every thing you could want. HOWEVER, my screen turns pitch black everytime I turn it on for some reason and now I have to shut down and restart the computer multiple times to get it to work. Any ideas on how to fix this?

My daughter needed a new laptop for college and after reading many, many reviews and seeing this model and brand rated among the very top of every list in every category, we decided on this one and it was a great decision as it’s been absolutely fantastic

I really like this laptop, as the size factor is just perfect for my needs where a 15-17" laptop is just too big and bulky, but anything smaller has too cramped of a keyboard. I wish it had the HDMI port found on the larger model.

Bought this for the ole lady because she was complaining her old one was too big, too heavy, and too slow. This lap top solved all those problems and i haven't heard her complain about it yet. So far im happy with the purchase.

Perfect size for on the go. I love using the flip touch screen for my crafting and creating designs. I had an HP years ago with battery and fan issues. This computer is quiet and exactly what I was looking for.

Battery Life is not good, especially when plugged into a dock with external monitors. The USB-A hinged pieces are really annoying. The Keyboard is not easy to see/read. Fan was extremely noisy even when only running File Explorer, I found the HP Command Center and set it to "Quiet" and that seems to make it better. Wish it came with a USB-C charger instead of the DC plug. For the price its an okay machine, in my opinion all the manufacturers are doing a bad job with laptops / 2in1's these days, they really could do a better job.

Light weight! Has lights for the key board so makes it easier to use at night. I looked between this laptop and the hp pavillion and so glad i went with this choice! Perfect size for school and convenient

I love it, It is Fast, efficient, lightweight. Easy to carry around and glad it is small enough and light enough to lug around. Keeps info and does not reprimand you when you travel around with it.

We bought this for my daughter who is starting college. The touchscreen is great and the size/weight make it very portable. Easy set up; she was able to get connected and working in under an hour.

Great computer. Very lightweight and compact which is what we were looking for. The keys light up as well if you are trying to do work riding down the road. Great computer for realtors
