    Thin and light computer! Well made. Was also able to swap out SSD for larger storage with M.2 NVME SSD. Ram not upgradeable that I was able to see.

    Have always purchased HP products. Sadly, had difficulty from the onset with this device and soon discovered windows had stopped. Returned to Best Buy and they were wonderful to work with. After more research. purchased my first Samsung pc laptop and am very pleased.
