    Screen faulty issues with the stylus pen. It is reflective aswell. I wouldn't recommend it. Speakers are not good aswell.

    love the laptop & capabilities but mine had an issue with the bluetooth. other than that, which i’ve been told is not a common problem, i love it.

    I would not recommend this computer. It consistently disconnects from the internet taking anywhere from 15-45 minutes to reconnect, making it impossible to get any school work done. I have had it for 15 days. I missed the return window by 1 day thinking it was my internet but realized too late it’s the computer.

    Bluetooth Connectivity Failures

    I bought this laptop in May 2024 and has been working fine for few months and since last 2 weeks - Bluetooth device like Air pods can't be properly paired with Laptop and if paired - when any audio is played via Youtube /Netflix whole laptop crashes and have to reboot so very frustrating experience. I called HP and as per them this is not a hardware issue but software and need to spend another $ 100 to get help from Smartfriend services which is troublesome. My Son has to now use wired headphone in college till this is fixed and pay at my expense vs covered by HP /Bestbuy so overall very disappointed with expensive laptop for basic connectivity Issues like this.

    Less than a year old and the connection to the charger balks, have to fiddle with the power cord at the pc connection, quite a bit, before the charging light, lights up.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased this computer online on sale and it was delivered early when I was not home. Text stated they would redeliver on the day originally promised. Instead I got a order cancellation notice. I spent over 3 hours trying to reorder but they said they could not honor the original sale price. It took 10 calls to customer service, 2 chatbot texts, 1 website chat and a trip to the original store to try and get a resolution. I've never seen such incompetence in a customer service department and don't know how they stay in businessl

    Keys are too small for easy typing. Need too many apps for it to run properly. Not at all user friendly

    Was very happy with this laptop until it died after 6 months. Not typical for ASUS product I’ve previously owned.

    Touch Pad stopped working 30 days after purchase

    HP Customer Service is awful -- laptop is 45 days old & touch pad stopped working. HP wants us to send them money for a flash drive in order to erase the laptop completely back to factory settings. No guarantee it would fix the problem.

    It appears that about 10 minutes after the 90 day warranty lapsed this laptop stopped being useful. I cannot update the system software and quite a few of the useful services are completely disabled. I would have liked the Best Buy to replace this computer with one that worked without having to schedule a session with the Goon Squad!

    it doesn't work well, the screen itself flickers, interference appears, stripes on the screen, it can turn off itself when you turn it the other way, the sound is of poor quality, very quiet, you can't do without additional speakers

    I'm still waiting for my $100 gift card after purchasing this 1 week ago ridiculous the battery dies fast. Incorrect sales person sent to help me for this item made it take longer.
