I've had this laptop for a little over a year have generally been pleased with performance and usability. Screen is sufficiently bright for indoor use and acurate/responsive to touch input. No issues with keyboard. Touchpad is not the best, especially the left 'button' that goes dumb after cursor movement. Patches have not resolved issue which appears driver/firmware (not hardware) related. Great sound for a non-entertainment machine! Battery lasts awhile and charges quickly. Unobtrusive fan; generally off/undetectable. Appreciate the 2-in-1 capability (excellent hinges) but rarely use it in that mode due to overall bulk. Which brings out the issue I have with this machine: size/weight. Not burdensome, just fatiguing over extended periods. I am more likely to grab my first gen Surface laptop rocking Win 10 and diminished battery life over the HP for true laptop use.

I really like this laptop. It's small but has enough memory and processing speed for my needs. It was very easy to setup. and it's a sleek stylish laptop. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This was a Mother's Day gift from my son. He did all the research and he's pretty tech savvy. I love the speed, and that it's lightweight. Setup was easy, and I could begin using it immediately.Battery life is excellent!

Laptop was exactly what I was looking for. Light, more than enough power and storage (I5 processor. 512g RAM). Nice feature with touch screen.

So far the computer is serving me well, the battery life is okay and not draining fast. The processor is working well though I haven't had to do a lot of multitasking, I do hope the speed will be great. The cameras on zoom and Google meet looks pretty clear. I am enjoying using it so far, I hope it continue working great for me.

Upgraded my wife's computer from a Samsung 10th gen i5 with 8gb RAM. She's very happy with the upgraded speed and responsiveness, as well as storage, touchpad, and keyboard. It is a bit heavier than expected, but overall very happy.

Computer is light and compact with a comfortable keyboard. Make sure that it has enough storage space for your purposes. I have a lot of photos on the computer I'm retiring and had to buy and install a larger hard drive.

Clear screen and great keyboard that is quiet with oversized lighted text for great for skipping readers. Easy set up and tried and true work horse for multiple tasks.

The product has been so far so good. Nothing out of the ordinary to write about. Wanted to make a statement about the battery health but need to spend more time with it to come up with anything conclusive. One rather annoying issue however is the lid/screen of the device. Since it's a touchscreen/2-in-1 laptop, it's dense and heavy for it's size, and the weight is distributed equally between both the bottom chassis and the screen, and so you get a really heavy af lid. You need to exert quite a bit of effort to open the lid, and it's just absolutely impossible to open it with one hand/finger. And since it also doesn't have any sort of indent to assist with that, you literally have to dig in with your nails if you want to open this laptop at all, something that I'll NEVER get used to. Just plain bad design element. That, and the keyboard layout is weird (see product photos) - the backspace button it small, the delete button is weirdly placed into the corner where the power button usually is, and an absolutely unnecessary addition of a dedicated copilot button.

This is a pretty good solution for a kid going to college. It has everything he needs plus more. Enough memory, Enough storage and a good overall perfomanw. We are happy about this our Jekyll

I bought this laptop discounted from its MSRP. It's for my son for college work. He seems to really like it. Speed and build quality are solid. He says there have been zero problems with it so far.
